म्हुणूनां, आता, मंहुाराष्ट्र पोलीस अदिदिनांयमं (१९५१ चा १२) कालमं २२ पो चाे उपो-कालमं (१) उपो-कालमं (२) मंील खांडों (ब) अन्ये प्रादानां काेलेल्या अदिकारानांुसार, राज्य पोलीस ताक्रार प्रादिकारणार सदास्य म्हुणूनां श्री. अशाोका रामंचांद्र डोंगरे यांचाी दिनांयुक्ताी कारण्याता येता आहुे. हुी दिनांयुक्ताी दिशाेष पोलीस मंहुादिनांरिरक्षकाच्या दाजागपोेक्षा कामंी दाजागचा नांसलेला दिनांयता योमंानांानांे सेादिनांृत्त झालेल्या पोलीस अदिकाऱ्यांच्या गागताूनां कारण्याता येता आहुे.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Police act, 1951.

No. SPCA-1223/C.R.259/POL-14.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Notification, Home Department, No. MIS-3614/C.R.56/Pol-3, dated the 25th May 2015, constituted the State Police Complaint Authority (hereinafter referred to as " the said Authority ") and appointed the Chairman and members on the said Authority ;

And whereas, the member from the category of a Police Officer superannuated in the rank not below the rank of Special Inspector General of Police is vacant on the said Authority as Shri Sandeep Bishnoi has not accepted the charge ;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to appoint Shri Ashok Ramchandra Dongare as a member from the said category on the said Authority.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 22P of the Maharashtra Police Act (XII of 1951), the Government of Maharashtra hereby, appoints Shri Ashok Ramchandra Dongare as a Member on the State Police Complaint Authority, from the category of a Police Officer Superannuated in the rank not below the rank of Special Inspector General of Police.
