क्रमंांका मंुद्रांांका-२०२६/प्र.क्र.०२/मंुद्रांांका-२.— मंहुाराष्ट्र मंुद्रांांका अदिदिनांयमं (१९५८ चा ६०) (याता यापुढे ज्याचा दिनांदाेश, "उक्ता अदिदिनांयमं" असा काेला आहुे) याच्या कालमं ९ च्या खंड (अ) द्वारे प्रदानां काेलेल्या अदिकारांचा वापुर कारूनां, मंहुाराष्ट्र शासानां, जनांदिहुतार्थग तासाे कारणे आवाश्यका असाल्याचाी खंात्राी पुटल्यानांे, याद्वारे, अदिताउच्चादाब वा उच्चादाब उपुसा जलदिसांचानां योजनांांकारिरता असालेल्या साौरऊजीकारणे योजनांेअंतागगता प्रस्र्थादिपुता काेलेला साौर ऊजाग प्रकाल्पुाच्या बाबताीता, दिवाकासा वा उपु-दिवाकासा कारारांवार आदिणे भाडेपुट्टा वा पुोट-भाडेपुट्टा कारारांवार, उक्ता अदिदिनांयमंासा जोडलेल्या अनांुसाूचाी-एकाच्या अनांुच्छेदा ५ (ग-अ) वा अनांुच्छेदा ३६ अन्वाये आकारण्यायोग्य असालेले मंुद्रांांका शुल्का, पुढेील शताीसा अीनां राहुूनां, मंाफ कारीता आहुे:—

(१) या आदाेशान्वाये मंुद्रांांका शुल्का कापुाता काेल्याचा दिकांवा मंाफ काेल्याचा लाभा दिमंळवाणेारा काोणेताहुी लाभार्थी, इतार काोणेत्याहुी आदाेशान्वाये दिकांवा ोरणेान्वाये, इतार काोणेताीहुी सावालता दिकांवा साूटसाठी हुक्कादार असाणेार नांाहुी.

(२) हुा आदाेश, महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रदिसाद्ध कारण्यापुूवाी आीचा मंुद्रांांका शुल्का प्रदानां कारण्याता आलेले असाेल त्या बाबताीता, काोणेताहुी पुरतावा दाेण्याता येणेार नांाहुी.

(३) हुी कापुाता, साौरऊजीकारणेाशी सांबंदिता कारारांनांाचा काेवाळ लागू हुोईल.

(४) या आदाेशान्वाये, इतार प्रकारचा कारार, कापुाताीसाठी पुात्रा असाणेार नांाहुी.

Maharashtra staMp act.

No.Mudrank-2026/C.R.02/Mudrank-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act (LX of 1958) (hereinafter referred to as "the said act"), the Government of Maharashtra, being satisfied that it is necessary to do so in the public interest, hereby remits the stamp duty chargeable under the Article 5 (g-a) and Article 36 of Schedule-I appended to the said Act, on the Development and Sub-Development Agreements and lease and sub-lease agreements related to the Solar Energy Project established under the Solarisation Scheme for the Ultra high pressure and high pressure lift irrigation schemes, subject to the following conditions namely:—

Conditions:-

(1) Any beneficiary availing the benefit of reduced or waived stamp duty under this order shall not be entitled to any other concession or exemption under any other order or policy.

(2) No refund shall be granted for stamp duty paid prior to the publication of this order in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.

(3) The reduction shall apply only to agreements related to solarisation.

(4) No other type of agreement shall be eligible for reduction under this order.
