क्रमांक बेस्ट-२५२६/प्र.क्र.३२०/नांवि-२१.— ज्याअर्थी, बृहुन्मु ंबई महुानांगरापावलकेच्या विद्युता पाुरािठा ि पारिरािहुनां उपाक्रमाकडूनां, (यापाुढे ज्यास "उक्ता उपाक्रम" असे संबोधण्याता आले आहुे.) बृहुन्मु ंबईता विद्युता पाुरािठा ि पारिरािहुनां सेिा प्रदानां कराण्याता येता आहुेता;
आव ज्याअर्थी, महुाराष्ट्र अत्यािश्यक सेिा पारिराराक्ष अवधवनांयम, २०२३ (महुा. अवधवनांयम क्र. २९ सनां २०२३) च्या कलम २ मधील खंडू (क) च्या उपाखंडू (एक), (दाोनां) ि (पाचौ) अन्िये विद्युता पाुरािठा ि पारिरािहुनां सेिा या अत्यािश्यक सेिा (यापाुढे "सदारा अत्यािश्यक सेिा" असा उल्लेखं कराण्याता येईल) आहुेता;
आव ज्याअर्थी, उक्ता उपाक्रमामार्फता पाुराविण्याता येाऱ्या सदारा अत्यािश्यक सेिांमध्ये कायगराता असलेले कमगचौाराी ि कंत्राटी कमगचौाराी संपािरा जाण्याचौी शक्यता आहुे;
आव ज्याअर्थी, उक्ता उपाक्रमामार्फता पाुराविण्याता येाऱ्या सदारा अत्यािश्यक सेिांमध्ये कायगराता कमगचौाराी ि कंत्राटी कमगचौाराी यांचौा संपा प्रवताबंवधता कराे जनांवहुताच्या दाृष्टीनांे आिश्यक असल्याचौी महुाराष्ट्र शासनांाचौी खंात्राी झाली आहुे.
त्याअर्थी, आता, महुाराष्ट्र अत्यािश्यक सेिा पारिराराक्ष अवधवनांयम, २०२३ (महुा. अवधवनांयम क्र. २९ सनां २०२३) च्या कलम २ मधील खंडू (क) च्या उपाखंडू (एक), (दाोनां) ि (पाचौ) यासहु कलम ४ च्या पाोट-कलम (१) द्वाराे प्रदानां कराण्याता आलेल्या अवधकारांचौा िापारा करुनां, महुाराष्ट्र शासनां याद्वाराे उक्ता उपाक्रमामार्फता पाुराविण्याता येाऱ्या सदारा अत्यािश्यक सेिांमध्ये कायगराता कमगचौाराी ि कंत्राटी कमगचौाराी यांच्या संपास वदानांांक १५ जूनां, २०२६ पासूनां मनांाई कराीता आहुे.

NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra EssEntial sErvicEs MaintEnancE act, 2023.
No. BEST-2526/C.R.320/UD-21.— Whereas, The Brihan-Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking of the Municipal Corporation of Brihan-Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as "the said Undertaking") is engaged in the electric supply and transport services in the Brihan-Mumbai;
And whereas, the supply of electricity and transport services are the essential services (hereinafter referred to as "the said essential services") within the meaning of sub-clauses (i), (ii) and (v) of clause (a) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Essential Services Maintenance Act, 2023 (Mah. XXIX of 2023);
And whereas, employees and contractual employees engaged in the said essential services provided by the said Undertaking, are likely to go on strike;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is satisfied that, it is necessary, in public interest, to prohibit the strike of the said employees and contractual employees engaged in the said essential services provided by the said Undertaking.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 read with sub- clauses (i), (ii) and (v) of clause (a) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Essential Services Maintenance Act, 2023 (Mah. XXIX of 2023), the Government of Maharashtra hereby prohibits the strikes from 15th June, 2026, by the said employees and contractual employees engaged in the said essential services provided by the said Undertaking.
