Kalpana Prakash Bhongade, Section Officer, working on the establishment of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Nagpur Bench is hereby promoted and appointed to the post of "Assistant Registrar", in Pay Matrix S-26 (82200- 211500) on the establishment of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Nagpur Bench, with effect from the date she assumes the charge of the said post.

No. PD (P) 1138/8064/2026.—It is hereby notified that Smt. Pooja Prakash Bagve, Deputy Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay shall stand retired on superannuation with effect from 30th June 2026 (After Office Hours).

NOTIFICATION

PART-I

No. PL(APP)/Librarian/2026/7949/4658.—Shri Vijaykumar Kundalik Jagtap, candidate at Sr. No. 1 on the Select List for the post of Librarian prepared by the High Court, Bombay and Presently working as Assistant Director of Libraries, Office of the Directorate of Libraries, Maharashtra State, Mumbai is hereby appointed as "Librarian" in the Pay Matrix S-23 : 67700-208700, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay with effect from the date he assumes charge of the said post, purely on temporary and ad-hoc basis, on the conditions mentioned in Part II of this order.

PART-II

Conditions :—

1. His appointment shall be subject to Bombay High Court Appellate Side, Service Rules, 2000 and such other Rules/Circulars as may be issued from time to time by the High Court.

2. His appointment as Librarian shall be on probation for a period of two years or until an order declaring him to have satisfactorily completed the period of probation, is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later. During the probation period, his services are liable to be terminated without notice and without assigning any reason.

3. His seniority will be according to his position in the select list for the post of Librarian.

4. His appointment is made subject to the result of litigation/representation, whether pending, if any, or that may be filed, in which appointment to the post of Librarian are/ would be challenged.

5. He will have to deposit one month's Basic Pay in lieu of one month's notice, in case, he tenders resignation without giving prior notice.

6. In case he fails to join duties within 30 days from the date of the receipt of this High Court Notification or to inform the undersigned his inability to do so, his name will be struck off from the Select List.

7. In case the information submitted by him regarding his eligibility for the abovesaid post i.e. educational qualification, age, caste, domicile etc. is found to be incorrect or false, his services would be liable to be terminated at any time, without assigning any reason.

Note.— The abovesaid candidate is hereby directed to join duty at 10.30 a.m. on any working day within 30 days from the receipt of this Notification in Personnel Department, High Court, Appellate Side Bombay, Room No. 501, 5th floor, Administration Building, Gokuldas Tejpal Hospital (G.T.) Compound, in front of Small Causes Court, Mumbai- 400 001, alongwith all original certificates for verification purpose and one recent passport size photograph.
