क्रमांका काृवपदाुमा-२८०१६/३२४/२०२५-MAG-१७A (१५०४१८३).—माहुाराष्ट्र कापूस बी-दिबयाणे (पुरवठा, दिवतारणे, दिवक्री व दिवक्रीच्या दिकांमाताीचाे दिनांश्चिचाताीकारणे यांचाे दिवदिनांयमानां) अदिदिनांयमा, २००९(२००९ चा माहुा. १९) याच्या कालमा २२चाे पोट-कालमा (१) सहु कालमा ७ चाे पोट-कालमा (१) अन्वये प्रदानां कारण्याता आलेल्या अदिकारांचा, आदिणे त्याबाबताीता त्यास समार्थग कारणेाऱ्या इतार सवग अदिकारांचा वापर कारूनां, माहुाराष्ट्र शासनां याद्वारे, माहुाराष्ट्र कापूस दिबयाणे (पुरवठा, दिवतारणे, दिवक्री व दिवक्रीच्या दिकांमाताीचाे दिनांश्चिचाताीकारणे यांचाे दिवदिनांयमानां) दिनांयमा, २०१० याता आणेखी सुारणेा कारण्यासाठाी पुढील दिनांयमा कारीता आहुे. हुे दिनांयमा उक्ता अदिदिनांयमाच्या कालमा २२, पोट-कालमा (१) द्वारे आवयका असल्याप्रमाणे यापूवी प्रदिसद्ध कारण्याता आले आहुेता :—
१. या दिनांयमांनांा माहुाराष्ट्र कापूस दिबयाणे (पुरवठा, दिवतारणे, दिवक्री व दिवक्रीच्या दिकांमाताीचाे दिनांश्चिचाताीकारणे यांचाे दिवदिनांयमानां) (सुारणेा) दिनांयमा, २०२६ असे म्हुणेावे.
२. माहुाराष्ट्र कापूस दिबयाणे (पुरवठा, दिवतारणे, दिवक्री व दिवक्रीच्या दिकांमाताीचाे दिनांश्चिचाताीकारणे यांचाे दिवदिनांयमानां) दिनांयमा, २०१० त्यांच्या दिनांयमा १० नांतार पुढील दिनांयमा समादिवष्ट कारण्याता येईल :—
"१०अ. किंबयेाणे किंनराीक्षकाचाी पात्रता.—काोणेताीहुी व्यक्ताी शासनां मान्यताप्राप्ता दिवद्यापीठाताूनां काृषी दिवषीयाता पदावीर असल्यादिशावाय दिबयाणे दिनांरीक्षका म्हुणेूनां दिनांयुक्ताीस पात्रा ठारणेार नांाहुी."

NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra Cotton seeds (regulation of supply, distribution, sale and fixation of sale priCe) aCt, 2009.
No. काृवपदाुमा-28016/324/2025-MAG-17A (1504183).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 22 read with sub-section (1) of the section 7 of the Maharashtra Cotton Seeds (Regulation of supply, distribution, sale and fixation of sale price) Act, 2009 (Mah. XIX of 2009) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, makes the following rules further to amend the Maharashtra Cotton Seeds (Regulation of supply, distribution, sale and fixation of sale price) Rules, 2010, after the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the said Act, namely :—
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Cotton Seeds (Regulation of supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale price) (Amendment) Rules, 2026.
2. In the Maharashtra Cotton Seeds (Regulation of supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale price) Rules, 2010, after rule 10, the following rule shall be inserted, namely :—
"10A. Qualification of Seed Inspectors.—A person shall not be qualified for appointment as Seed Inspector unless he is a graduate in Agriculture of a University recognised for the purpose by the Government."
