Maharashtra recognition of trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair LaboUr Practices act, 1971.
No. ULP- 2026/ CR-22/Labour-3.— With reference to the above mentioned notification, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby appoint the following Judicial Officer as Judge of Labour Court in exercise of the powers conferred by section 06 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 ( 1 of 1972).
