ज्याअर्थी, नागपूर महानगर प्रदेशाची विकास योजना शासन अधिसूचना, नगर विकास विभाग क्रमांक टिपीएस-२४१६-प्र.क्र.-१२२(अ)-२०१६- नवि-९, दिनांक ०५ जानेवारी, २०१८ अन्वये भागश: मंजूर झालेली असून, दिनांक ०९ फेब्रुवारी, २०१८ पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे. तसेच, वगळलेल्या भागाची विकास योजना (Excluding Part) शासन निर्णय क्रमांक टिपीएस-२४१६-प्र.क्र.-१२२(ब)-ई.पी.-२०१६-नवि-९, दिनांक २१ फेब्रुवारी, २०१९ अन्वये मंजूर झालेली आहे; (यापुढे "उक्त विकास योजना" असे संबोधले आहे) ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त विकास योजनेत मौजा रनाळा, तह. कामठी, जि. नागपूर येथील खसरा क्र. १२०/२, ही जागा East -B अर्बन सेक्टर मध्ये स्थित असून East -B-EC01003(Educational Complex- Primary School), East-B-RP001(Regional Parks), 24.0 m.& 18.0 m. proposed Road Widening या विभागात समाविष्ट आहे. (यापुढे " उक्त जागा " असे संबोधले आहे) ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त खसरा क्र. १२०/२, क्षेत्र १.८४ हे. आर जागेवरील "East B-EC01003 (Educational Complex-Primary School)" (०.४४ हे.आर) या आरक्षणात समाविष्ट असलेल्या जागेपैकी अंदाजे ०.२१८ हे. आर जागा उक्त आरक्षणातून वगळून "रहिवास" वापर विभागात (प्रस्तावित १८.० मी. रुंद विकास योजना रस्त्याखालील क्षेत्र कायम ठेवून) अंतभर्ूत करणेस्तव महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम ३७ (१) अन्वये फेरबदल करण्याचे ठरविले आहे. सदर आरक्षणाकरीता नागपूर महानगर प्रदेश विकास प्राधिकरण हे नियोजन प्राधिकरण तथा समूचित प्राधिकरण आहे व यासाठी ठराव क्र. १०/२५/०६/२०२६ अन्वये प्राधिकरणाची मान्यता प्रदान करण्यात आलेली आहे;
२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक-अ नागपूर विभागीय पुरवणी, ऑगस्ट ५, २०२६/श्रावण १४, शके १९४८ज्या सूचना किंवा हरकती नागपूर महानगर प्रदेश विकास प्राधिकरणाकडे प्राप्त होतील, त्यावर नागपूर महानगर प्रदेश प्राधिकरणाकडून सुनावणी देण्यात येईल. तद्नंतर फेरबदलाचा उक्त प्रस्ताव शासनाकडे मंजुरीस्तव सादर करण्यात येईल.

Modification Under Section 37 of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966
NOTICE
No. D. P. (NMRDA)-Notification-Sec.37- 853-2026.—
Whereas, the Development Plan of Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority has been partially sanc- tioned by the Government vide Urban Development Department Notification No. TPS-2416-CR-122(a)-2016-UD-9, Dated 05th January, 2018 and came into force from 9th February, 2018. Excluded part of Development Plan has been sanctioned by Government vide its Notification No. TPS-2416-CR-122(b)-EP-2016-UD-9, Dated 21st February, 2019. (hereinafter referred to as "said Development Plan");
And whereas, in the said Development Plan, the land bearing Khasara No. 120/2 of Mouza Ranala, Tah-Kamptee, Dist.-Nagpur is situated in East-B Urban Sector and is included in Site No. East B-EC01003 (Educational Complex-Primary School), East B-RP001 (Regional Parks), 24.0 m. & 18.0 m. proposed Road Widening. (hereinafter referred to as "said Land");
And whereas, as per Section 37(1)of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, Nagpur Metro- politan Region Development Authority has decided to exclude the part of the said land included in the "East B- EC01003(Educational Complex-Primary School)" ( area approx. 0.218 Ha.) from the above reservation and to be included in the "Residential Zone" (by retaining the proposal of 18.0 m. proposed Road widening.) The Planning Authority and Appropriate Authority for the said reservation is Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority.
The Authority has passed Resolution No. 10/25/06/2026 to make the aforesaid modification;
Therefore, the part of said Development Plan showing the aforesaid modification are kept open at the office of the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority, Station Road, Sadar, Nagpur - 440 001 for inspection by public during office hours on all working days. This Notice shall also be available on the this office website www.nmrda.org. The suggestions and objections which may be received to Nagpur Metropolitan Region Develop- ment Authority in respect of the said modification to the Development Plan within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette will be heard by the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority before submitting the said modification proposal, to the State Government for sanction.
