In pursuance of clause (3) of article 348 of the Constitution of India, the following translation in English of the Maharashtra Private Skills Universities (Establishment and Regulation) (Third Amendment) Act, 2026 (Mah. Act No. L of 2026), is hereby published under the authority of the Governor.

An Act further to amend the Maharashtra Private Skills Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2024.
Mah. XXXV of 2024.
WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Maharashtra Private Skills Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2024, for the purposes hereinafter appearing; it is hereby enacted in the Seventy-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

2. In the SCHEDULE appended to the Maharashtra Private Skills Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2024, in Part II, in the Table, after entry 3, the following entry shall be added, namely :—
Amendment of Schedule to Mah. XXXV of 2024.
"4. Bhujbal Skill Tech University, Nashik situated at the Bhujbal Knowledge City, Survey No. 1071/2, Adgaon, Nashik-422003.
Mumbai Educational Trust, registered under the Maharashtra Public Trust Act (XXIX of 1950) bearing registration No. E-12494 (Mumbai), having its registered office at Mumbai Educational Trust, General A. K. Vaidya Chowk, Bandra Reclamation, Bandra West, Mumbai–400050.".
