It is hereby notified that the partnership firm M/s. YS Enterprise constituted of partners Mr. Shailesh J. Chheda, Mr. Nihar M. Gala, Mr. Jigar V. Gala & Mr. Yash M. Gala having its principal place of business at 106, Jolly Bhavan No.1, 10, New Marine Lines, Mumbai 400 020, registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, has been dissolved pursuant to notice for dissolution given by Mr. Yash Gala through his Advocates with effect from 25th August 2015 as per the Award dated 5th May 2026 passed by the Sole Hon'ble Arbitrator Mr. Satish Shah.
