क्रमंांका शाकादिनां-२०२६/प्र.क्र.३२/रवका-१.— भारताच्या संदिवधानांाच्या अनांुच्छेदा १६६ च्या खंड (३) द्वारे प्रदानां कारण्याता आलेल्या अदिधाकारांचा वापर कारूनां, मंहुाराष्ट्राचाे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे, मंहुाराष्ट्रा शासंनां कायगदिनांयमंावलीता आणखंी संुधारणा कारण्यासंाठी पुढील दिनांयमं कारता आहुेता :-
१. या दिनांयमंांसं मंहुाराष्ट्रा शासंनां कायगदिनांयमंावली (चाौथी संुधारणा) दिनांयमं, २०२६ असंे म्हुणावे.
२. मंहुाराष्ट्रा शासंनां कायगदिनांयमंावलीसं जोडलेल्या पदिहुल्या अनांुसंूचाीमंध्ये,-
(१) "शासंनांाचाे दिवभाग" या शाीर्षगकाखंाली,-

१०. या संूचाीमंधाील काोणत्याहुी बाबीच्या प्रयोजनांासंाठी चाौकाशाी व आकाडेवारी.
११. या संूचाीताील काोणत्याहुी बाबंसंबंधाताील परंताु काोणत्याहुी न्यायालयाता स्वीकारण्याता नां आलेली फी.
१२. राज्याच्या प्रयोजनांासंाठी शासंनांाकाडे दिनांदिहुता दिकांवा शासंनांाच्या ताब्याताील आदिण राजदिशाष्टाचार दिवभागाला नांेमंूनां दिदालेली कामंे, जदिमंनांी व इमंारताी.".

३. रस्त्यावरूनां नांेण्याता येणारा मंाल व प्रवासंी यांच्यावरील कार.
४. टायर व ट्याूब यांचाे दिवतारण कारणे, मंूल्य दिनांयंत्राण व इतार बाबी.
५. मंोटार वाहुनांे (दिवतारण व दिवक्री) दिनांयंत्राण आदाेशा, १९५०, स्काूटर (दिवतारण व दिवक्री) दिनांयंत्राण आदाेशा, १९६० व ट्राॅक्टसंग (दिवतारण व दिवक्री) दिनांयंत्राण आदाेशा, १९७१.

१४. यंत्रावर चालणा-या जहुाजांच्या संबंधाता दाेशांतागगता जलमंागागवरील नांौवहुनां आदिण नांौपरिरवहुनां आदिण राष्ट्राीय जलमंागागच्या महाराष्ट्रट शासन राजपत्र असाधाराण भाग चारा-अ, ऑगस्ट १४, २०२६/श्रावण २३, शाके १९४८ ५ संबंधाताील भारताीय संदिवधानांाच्या संाताव्या अनांुसंूचाीता संूचाी एकामंधाील तारताुदांच्या अधाीनांताेनांे अशा जलमंागावरील मंागागचाे दिनांयमं, दाेशांतागगता जलमंागागवरील प्रवासंी व मंाल यांचाी वाहुताूका.

१६. परिरवहुनां दिवभागाला नांेमंूनां दिदालेल्या काोणत्याहुी दिवर्षयासंबंधाताील हुकाूमंनांाम्याच्या थीकाीता रकामंा दिनांलेदिखंता कारणे.
१७. या संूचाीताील काोणत्याहुी बाबीच्या प्रयोजनांाथीग चाौकाशाी व आकाडेवारी.
१८. या संूचाीताील काोणत्याहुी बाबीसंबंधाताील परंताु काोणत्याहुी न्यायालयाता स्वीकारण्याता आलेल्या फीचा संमंावेशा नांसंलेली फी.
१९. राज्याच्या प्रयोजनांासंाठी शासंनांाकाडे दिनांहुीता असंलेली दिकांवा शासंनांाच्या ताब्याता असंलेली आदिण परिरवहुनां दिवभागाला नांेमंूनां दिदालेली बांधाकामंे, जदिमंनांी व इमंारताी.".

६. पादिकास्तानांाताूनां दिवस्थीादिपता झालेल्या व्यक्तांसंाठी गृहुदिनांमंागण योजनांा आखंणे, वसंाहुताी व वसंताीस्थीानांे बसंदिवणे व त्यांचाे पुनांवगसंनां कारणे.
७. पादिकास्तानांाताूनां दिवस्थीादिपता झालेल्या व्यक्तांसंाठी कामं व प्रदिशाक्षण संोयंचाी तारताूदा कारणे.
८. दिनांवागदिसंता दिहुतासंबंधा (दिवलगीकारण) प्रशासंनां अदिधादिनांयमं, १९५१ आदिण मंु ंबई आज्ञयाथी अदिधादिनांयमं, १९४८.
९. दिवस्थीादिपता व्यक्तांनांा भारपाई दाेण्यासंबंधाताील बाबी व दिवस्थीादिपता व्यक्ताी (भारपाई व पुनांवगसंनां) अदिधादिनांयमं, १९५४.
१०. नांागरी काजग योजनांा व बमंाग दिनांवागदिसंतांनांा आगाऊ रकामंा.

१२. या अनांुसंूचाीमंधाील काोणत्याहुी बाबंच्या प्रयोजनांासंाठी चाौकाशाी व आकाडेवारी.
१३. या अनांुसंूचाीताील काोणत्याहुी बाबीसंबंधाताील, परंताु काोणत्याहुी न्यायालयाता स्वीकारण्याता नां येणारी फी.
१४. राज्याच्या प्रयोजनांासंाठी शासंनांाकाडे दिवदिहुता असंलेली दिकांवा शासंनांाच्या ताब्याता असंलेली आदिण आपत्ती व्यवस्थीापनां, मंदाता व पुनांवगसंनां दिवभागाला नांेमंूनां दिदालेली बांधाकामंे, जदिमंनांी व इमंारताी.".
(१६) अशा प्रकारे जोडलेल्या शाीर्षगका ४० नांतार, पुढील शाीर्षगका, उप- शाीर्षगका आदिण नांदाी जोडल्या जाताील:-
