क्रमांक ्टी्टीसी-३६२६/प्र.क्र.८८/पोल- ३.—भारतीय नागररक सुरक्ा संदहता, २०२३ (२०२३ चा ४६) च्या कलम २ च्या उपकलम (१) च्या खंड (प) द्ारे प्रदान केलेल्या अदिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र राज्याला लागू करताना आदि त्या संदभा्गत जारी केलेल्या सव्ग मागील अदिसूचना, आदेश दकंवा इतर कोित्याही दस्तऐवजांना रद्द करताना, येथे जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीमध्ये दवदनदद्गष्ट्ट केलेल्या स्थादनक क्ेत्ांशी संबंदित असतील तेथवर, त्यांचे अदिक्रमि करुन, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्ारे घोदित करते की येथे जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ (२) मध्ये दनदद्गष्ट्ट केलेली दिकािे अनुक्रमे त्यांच्या प्रत्येकासमोर स्तंभ (३) मध्ये दनदद्गष्ट्ट केलेली पोलीस िािी असतील आदि अशा प्रकारे घोदित केलेल्या उक्त पोलीस िाण्यांमध्ये अनुक्रमे त्यांच्या प्रत्येकासमोर स्तंभ (४) मध्ये दनदद्गष्ट्ट केलेली स्थादनक क्ेत्े समादवष्ट्ट असतील, असा दनदेश देत आहे :—
