२. आवि ज्याअर्थी, भाडेकरूंच्या ेशाता दाहशतादाी / समांाजविरोधी घटकाकडेून विध्सक कृत्याे, दागली,भाडे इत्यादाी घडेू नयाेता म्हून घरोमांालीक / भाडेकरूंचेी तापुासी आश्याक आहे; आवि सदारो घटना घडेू नयाे म्हून त्यासाठी त्रिरोता कारोाई आश्याक आहे.

३. त्याअर्थी, मांी, अकबृरो पुठीा, पुोलीस उपु आयाुक्ता (अविभायान), बृहन्मांु बृई तार्थीा कायावकारोी दाडेाविधीकारोी कलीमां १६३, भारोताीया सुरोक्षा सविहता, २०२३ सह कलीमां १०(२), मांहारोाष्ट्र पुोलीस अविधीविनयामां, १९५१ याव्दारोे आदाेश दाेताो की, मांु बृई पुोलीस आयाुक्ताच्या अखात्यारोीता याेाऱ्या कोत्याही घरोाचेा / मांालीमांत्तेचेा, हॉटेली, लीॉज, गेस्ट हाऊस, मांुसाफीरो खाना हा व्यासाया करोाऱ्या प्रत्याेक घरोमांालीक / जागा मांालीक / व्याक्ताी ज्यानी कोत्याही व्याक्ताीलीा रोाहण्यासाठी जागा भाड्याने विदाली आहे / सलीता विदाली आहे, त्या भाडेकरूंचे सव तापुशीली त्रोीता www.mumbaipolice.gov.in/TenantForm?ps_id=0 याविसटीझन पुोटटलीरो ऑनलीाईन कळूा.

४. जरो अशी व्याक्ताी पुरोदाेशी असेली, तारो मांालीक आवि पुरोदाेशी व्याक्ताी यानी त्याचे ना, रोाष्ट्रीयात्, पुासपुोटट तापुशीली म्हजे पुासपुोटट क्रमांाक, विठीका, आवि जारोी करोण्याचेी तारोीखा, ैधीता सादारो करोाी. व्हिव्हसा तापुशीली म्हजे व्हिव्हसा क्रमांाक, श्रेी, विठीका आवि जारोी करोण्याचेी तारोीखा, ैधीता नंदाीचे विठीका आवि शहरोाता रोाहण्याचे कारो नमांूदा करोे आश्याक आहे.

५. हा आदाेश विदा. ३०/०७/२०२४ रोजीचे ००.०१ पुासून विदा. २७/०९/२०२४ रोजीचे २४.०० ाजेपुयांता पुूी मांागे घेताल्याविशाया (दाोन्ही विदासासह) ६० विदासाच्या कालीाधीसाठी लीागू रोाहीली.

६. विदानाक २४ जुलीै, २०२४ रोजीचेा या सदाभावतालीा जुना आदाेश रोद्द करोण्याता याेता आहे.

Order

(UNDER SECTION 163 OF THE BHARATIYA NAGARIK SURAKSHA SANHITA, 2023) No. CP/XI (6)/163/(04)/2024.— Whereas due to the situation prevailing in the areas under the control of Commissioner of Police, Brihan Mumbai, it is apprehended that subversive/anti-social elements may seek hide outs in the residential areas and there is every likelihood of breach of peace and disturbance of public tranquility with grave danger to human life and injury to private/ public property on that account ;

2. And whereas it is necessary that some check should be put on landlords/tenants so that terrorist/anti-social elements in the guise of tenants may not cause subversive activities, riots, affray etc; and that immediate action is necessary for the prevention of the same.

3. Now, therefore I, Akbar Pathan, Dy. Commissioner of Police, (Operations), Greater Mumbai and Executive Magistrate, vide powers conferred upon me u./sec 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 r/w u/s 10 sub-section (२) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 do hereby order that each landlord /owner/ persons dealing in property business of any house/ property, Hotel, Lodge, Guest house, Musafir Khana which falls under the jurisdiction of Mumbai Police Commissioner who has let/ sub-let/ rent out any accommodation to any person, shall immediately furnish the particulars of the said tenant/tenants online on the citizen portal on www.mumbaipolice.gov.in/ Tenant Form ? ps_id=0.

4. If the person to whom the accommodation is let/sub-let/rented out is a Foreigner, then the owner and the Foreigner, shall furnish his Name, Nationality, Passport details ie, Passport No., Place and date of issue, validity, Visa details i.e. Visa No., category, place and date of issue, validity, registration place and reason for stay in city.

5. This order shall come into force with effect 00.01 hrs of 30/07/2024 till 24.00 hrs of 27/09/2024 for the period of 60 days (both days inclusive) unless withdrawn earlier.

6. Old order vide dated 24th July 2024 in this regard is Cancelled.

7. Any person contravening this order shall be punishable under section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

8. As the notice cannot be served individually on all concerned, the order is hereby passed ex- parte. It shall be published for the information of public, through press, and by affixing copies on the Notice Boards of the police stations, Divisional ACsP, Zonal DCsP, Municipal Ward offices, and by affixing copies at Tahsil and Ward offices.

No. CP/XI (6)/(08)/L.W./37 (1)(2)/2/(6)/10(2)/2024.— WHEREAS, considering necessity for the preservation of public peace and public safety in Brihan Mumbai. I, Akbar Pathan, Dy. Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihanmumbai in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under sub-section (१) and (२) of section 37 read with sub-section (६) of section 2 and sub-section (२) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Police Act (Mah. XXII of 1951) do hereby prohibit the following Act throughout Brihanmumbai for the period from 00.01 hours of 15/08/2024 to 24.00 hours on 13/09/2024 ;

1. (a) The Carrying of arms, cudgels, swords, spears, bludgeons, unlicensed guns, knives, sticks or lathis or any other article which is capable of being used for causing physical harm (violence), save for such firearms where license has been granted by this authority or where specific permission is sought for carriage of such arms from the competent authority,

(b) The carrying of any corrosive substance or explosives,

(c) The carrying, collection and preparation of stones or other missiles or instruments or means of casting or impelling missiles,

(d) The exhibition of persons or corpses or figures or effigies thereof,

(e) The public utterance of cries, singing of songs, playing of music,

(f) Delivery of harangues, the use of gestures or mimetic representations, and the preparation, exhibition or dissemination of pictures, symbols, placards or any other object or thing which may in the opinion of any police officer posted in Brihan Mumbai City, offend against decency or morality or undermine the security of or tend to overthrow the state.

2. If any person goes armed with any such article or carries any corrosive substance or explosive or missile in contravention of such prohibition, he/she shall be liable to be disarmed or the corrosive substance or explosive or missile shall be liable to be seized from him/her by any police officer, and the article, corrosive substance, explosive or missile so seized shall be forfeited to the State Government.

3. This order will not be applicable to any person being in service or employment of any Government or Government Undertaking required by his superiors or by the nature of his duties, to carry weapons. The order will also not be applicable to Private Security Guards or Gurkhas or Chowkidars etc., employed on watch-n-ward duties carrying lathis admeasuring in length not exceeding 3 ¹

feet.

4. Notwithstanding the expiration of this order after the period hereinabove mentioned, (a) Any investigation or legal proceedings may be instituted, continued or enforced.

(b) Any penalty, forfeiture or punishments incurred in respect of any contravention of this order may be imposed, as if this order had not expired.

5. I further direct that this order shall be published and promulgated in Brihanmumbai by affixing copies thereof in conspicuous public places and by announcing the same through loudspeakers or megaphones, as well as publishing through media of whatever form available.

No. CP/XI (6)/(15)/A.P./37 (3)/10(2)/2024.— WHEREAS, based on the information received from various sources, it is apprehended that there is likelihood of breach of peace and disturbance of public tranquility and also there is grave danger to human lives and loss of properties. On that account, it is considered expedient to issue prohibitory order for restricting movement and unlawful assembly of five or more persons for prevention of breach of peace, disturbance to public tranquility and danger to human lives and loss of properties and to prevent any kind of riot or affray in the areas under the control of Commissioner of Police, Brihanmumbai.

Now, therefore, I Ganesh Gawade, Dy. Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihanmumbai in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (३) of section 37 read with sub-section (२) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 (Mah. Act XXII of 1951), do hereby prohibit, for the period commencing from 00.01 hours on 18/08/2024 and ending at 24.00 hours on 01/09/2024 throughout the City of Brihanmumbai,

(i) Any assembly of five or more persons,

(ii) Any procession of any persons and

The prohibition contained in the order is exempted for :

Not withstanding the expiration of this order after the period here in above mentioned.

(a) Any investigation or legal proceeding may be instituted, continued or enforced.

(b) Any penalty, forfeiture of punishments incurred in respect of any contravention of this Order may be imposed as if this order had not expired.

No. CP/XI (6)/163/(08)/2024.— Whereas, it is likely that terrorist / anti-national elements might make use of drones, remote controlled micro-light aircrafts, para-gliders in their attacks and thereby target VVIPs, endangering the life of public at large, destroy public property and cause disturbance to law and order in the Brihanmumbai Police Commissionerate area;

Whereas, it has become necessary that certain restrictions should be put on the activities of such elements across the Brihanmumbai Police Commissionerate to prevent probable sabotages through such drones, remote controlled micro-light aircrafts, para-gliders, for which some preventive and proactive measures needed be taken to prevent the same;

Therefore, I, Akbar Pathan, Dy. Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihanmumbai and Executive Magistrate, vide powers conferred upon me under section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, do hereby order that no flying activities of drone, remote controlled micro- light aircrafts, para-gliders, Para Motors, Hand gliders, Hot air balloons, etc. shall be allowed in the jurisdiction of Brihanmumbai Police Commissionerate for the period of next 30 Days, i.e. from 30/08/2024 to 28/09/2024 except for aerial surveillance by Mumbai Police or by specific permission in writing by Dy. Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihanmumbai.

This order shall remain in force with effect 00.01 hrs. of 30/08/2024 till 24.00 hrs. of 28/09/2024 unless withdrawn earlier.

Any person contravening this order shall be punishable under section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

As the notice cannot be served individually to all concerned, the order is hereby passed ex-parte. No. CP/XI (6) /(17)/A.P./37(3)/10(2)/2024.— WHEREAS, based on the information received from various sources, it is apprehended that there is likelihood of breach of peace and disturbance of public tranquility and also there is grave danger to human lives and loss of properties. On that account, it is considered expedient to issue prohibitory order for restricting movement and unlawful assembly of five or more persons for prevention of breach of peace, disturbance to public tranquility and danger to human lives and loss of properties and to prevent any kind of riot or affray in the areas under the control of Commissioner of Police, Brihanmumbai.

NOW, THEREFORE, I Akbar Pathan, Dy. Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihanmumbai in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (३) of section 37 read with sub-section (२) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 (Mah. Act XXII of 1951), do hereby prohibit, for the period commencing from 00.01hours on 19/09/2024 and ending at 24.00 hours on 03/10/2024 throughout the City of Brihanmumbai,

(i) Any assembly of five or more persons, (ii) Any procession of any persons and (iii) Any use of loudspeakers, amplifying instruments, musical band and bursting of crackers in any procession by the assembly.

The prohibition contained in the order is exempted for :

(a) Marriage ceremony and matrimonial functions etc. (b) Funeral assemblies and procession on way to crematoriums/burial places. (c) Statutory meeting of companies, clubs, co-operative societies, other societies and associations. (d) Social gathering and meeting of clubs, co-operative societies, other societies and associations to transact their normal business.

(e) Assemblies in or around Cinema houses, theatres or any place of public amusement for the purpose of watching films, dramas or performances as the case may be.

(f) Assemblies in or around courts of law and offices of the Government and local bodies in discharge of Governmental or Semi-Governmental functions.

(g) Assemblies in or around schools, colleges and other educational institutions for academic activities.

(h) Assemblies in factories, shops, and establishments for normal trade, business and callings. (i) Such other assemblies and the processions as may be permitted by Zonal Deputy Commissioners of Police, Brihanmumbai and their supervisory officers.

Not withstanding the expiration of this order after the period here in above mentioned.

(a) Any investigation or legal proceeding may be instituted, continued or enforced. (b) Any penalty, forfeiture of punishments incurred in respect of any contravention of this Order may be imposed as if this order had not expired.

I further direct that this order will be published and promulgated in Brihanmumbai

by affixing copies thereof, in conspicuous part of public places, courts, Govt. Offices and

by proclaiming the same through loudspeakers or megaphones as well as publishing

through media of whatever form available.

AND WHEREAS, some of the half dissolved/idols drift ashore during high tide or float in lake water,

AND WHEREAS, some people take the photographs of such idols lying ashore or being taken by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation workers for reimmersion and publish/circulate such photographs which may likely to outrage religious feelings may result in to disturbance of public peace and tranquility,

AND WHEREAS, in the aforesaid circumstances, I am satisfied that immediate measures are necessary to prohibit taking, publishing and circulating such photographs after immersion and further satisfied that there is sufficient ground for me to prohibit it under section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for immediate prevention as speedy remedy.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Akbar Pathan, Dy. Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihanmumbai and Executive Magistrate specially empowered under section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in exercise of the said powers do hereby order that no person shall take photographs of idols floating or half-submerged after the immersion and shall not publish the same or circulate it.

This order shall remain effective throughout Brihanmumbai from 08th September 2024 to 18th September 2024.

Any violation of this order is punishable u/s 223 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

No. CP/XI(6)/(09)/L.W./37(1)(2)/2(6)/10(2)/2024.— WHEREAS, considering necessity for the preservation of public peace and public safety in Brihan Mumbai. I, Akbar Pathan, Dy. Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihanmumbai in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under sub-section (१) and (२) of section 37 read with sub-section (६) of section 2 and sub-section (२) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Police Act (Mah. XXII of 1951) do hereby prohibit the following Act throughout Brihanmumbai for the period from 00.01 hours of 15/09/2024 to 24.00 hours on 14/10/2024,

1. (a) The Carrying of arms, cudgels, swords, spears, bludgeons, unlicensed guns, knives, sticks or lathis or any other article which is capable of being used for causing physical harm (violence), save for such firearms where license has been granted by this authority or where specific permission is sought for carriage of such arms from the competent authority,

(b) The carrying of any corrosive substance or explosives,

(c) The carrying, collection and preparation of stones or other missiles or instruments or means of casting or impelling missiles,

(d) The exhibition of persons or corpses or figures or effigies thereof,

(e) The public utterance of cries, singing of songs, playing of music,

(f) Delivery of harangues, the use of gestures or mimetic representations, and the preparation, exhibition or dissemination of pictures, symbols, placards or any other object or thing which may in the opinion of any police officer posted in Brihan Mumbai City, offend against decency or morality or undermine the security of or tend to overthrow the state.

2. If any person goes armed with any such article or carries any corrosive substance or explosive or missile in contravention of such prohibition, he/she shall be liable to be disarmed or the corrosive substance or explosive or missile shall be liable to be seized from him/her by any police officer, and the article, corrosive substance, explosive or missile so seized shall be forfeited to the State Government.

3. This order will not be applicable to any person being in service or employment of any Government or Government Undertaking required by his superiors or by the nature of his duties, to carry weapons. The order will also not be applicable to Private Security Guards or Gurkhas or Chowkidars etc., employed on watch-n-ward duties carrying lathis admeasuring in length not exceeding 3 ¹

feet.

4. Notwithstanding the expiration of this order after the period hereinabove mentioned, (a) Any investigation or legal proceedings may be instituted, continued or enforced.

(b) Any penalty, forfeiture or punishments incurred in respect of any contravention of this order may be imposed, as if this order had not expired.

5. I further direct that this order shall be published and promulgated in Brihanmumbai by affixing copies thereof in conspicuous public places and by announcing the same through loudspeakers or megaphones, as well as publishing through media of whatever form available.

UNDER SECTION 163 OF BNSS-2023

No. XI(6)/163/A.P.L./(05)/2024.— Whereas, reports have been received that in the areas under the control of Commissioner of Police, Brihanmumbai, it is noticed that flying balloons, high riser crackers, light emitting objects, kites etc are sent up in and around the airspace, and also in the approach path of runways Laser Light Beams are flashed specifically towards landing aircraft, in the Free Flight Zone around Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Juhu Aerodrome, naval air station INS Shikra thereby endangering the safe operation of aircraft in the said area;

2. And whereas, it is necessary that checks should be put on the flying of paragliders, sending up of balloons, use of high riser crackers, usage of light emitting objects, flying of kites and usage of Laser Beam illumination for establishing a safe and Laser Beam Free Flight Zone around Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport so that usage of paragliders, balloons, high riser crackers, light emitting objects, kites, Laser Beams should not affect aircraft landing, take off and safe Aircraft flying operations and that immediate action is necessary for the same;

3. Now, therefore I, Akbar Pathan, Dy. Commissioner of Police, (Operations), Greater Mumbai and Executive Magistrate, vide powers conferred upon me u./sec 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 r/w u/s 10 sub-section (२) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 do hereby order that, in the jurisdiction of Brihanmumbai Police Commissionerate :

(A) No person shall use paragliders, send up balloons, use high riser crackers, release

light emitting objects, fly kites and shoot Laser Beam in the Free Flight Zone around

Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.

(B) Any person or individual who notices such type of activities being used with the

intent to obstruct landing, take off and flying operations of any aircraft shall inform the

nearest Police Station.

4. This order shall come into force with effect 00.01 hrs of 29/09/2024 till 24.00 hrs of 27/11/2024 for the period of 60 days (both days inclusive) unless withdrawn earlier.

5. Any person contravening this order shall be punishable under section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

6. As the notice cannot be served individually on all concerned, the order is hereby passed ex-parte. It shall be published for the information of public, through press, and by affixing copies on the Notice Boards of the police stations, Divisional ACsP, Zonal DCsP, Municipal Ward offices and by affixing copies at Tahsil and Ward offices.

No. CP/XI(6)/(18)/A.P./37(3)/10(2)/2024.— WHEREAS, based on the information received from various sources, it is apprehended that there is likelihood of breach of peace and disturbance of public tranquility and also there is grave danger to human lives and loss of properties. On that account, it is considered expedient to issue prohibitory order for restricting movement and unlawful assembly of five or more persons for prevention of breach of peace, disturbance to public tranquility and danger to human lives and loss of properties and to prevent any kind of riot or affray in the areas under the control of Commissioner of Police, Brihanmumbai.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Akbar Pathan, Dy. Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihanmumbai in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (३) of section 37 read with sub-section (२) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 (Mah. Act XXII of 1951), do hereby prohibit, for the period commencing from 00.01 hours on 05/10/2024 and ending at 24.00 hours on 19/10/2024 throughout the City of Brihanmumbai,

(i) Any assembly of five or more persons, (ii) Any procession of any persons and (iii) Any use of loudspeakers, amplifying instruments, musical band and bursting of crackers in any procession by the assembly.

The prohibition contained in the order is exempted for :

(a) Marriage ceremony and matrimonial functions etc. (b) Funeral assemblies and procession on way to crematoriums/burial places. (c) Statutory meeting of companies, clubs, co-operative societies, other societies and associations. (d) Social gathering and meeting of clubs, co-operative societies, other societies and associations to transact their normal business.

(e) Assemblies in or around Cinema houses, theatres or any place of public amusement for the purpose of watching films, dramas or performances as the case may be.

(f) Assemblies in or around courts of law and offices of the Government and local bodies in discharge of Governmental or Semi-Governmental functions.

(g) Assemblies in or around schools, colleges and other educational institutions for academic activities.

(h) Assemblies in factories, shops, and establishments for normal trade, business and callings. (i) Such other assemblies and the processions as may be permitted by Zonal Deputy Commissioners of Police, Brihanmumbai and their supervisory officers.

Not withstanding the expiration of this order after the period here in above mentioned.

(a) Any investigation or legal proceeding may be instituted, continued or enforced.

AND WHEREAS, some of the half dissolved/idols drift ashore during high tide or float in lake water,

AND WHEREAS, some people take the photographs, videos of such idols lying ashore or being taken by Brihan Mumbai Municipal corporation workers for reimmersion and publish/circulate such photographs or videos which may outrage religious feelings and may result in disturbance of public peace and tranquility,

AND WHEREAS, in the aforesaid circumstances, I am satisfied that immediate measures are necessary to prohibit taking, publishing and circulating such photographs or videos after immersion and further satisfied that there is sufficient ground for me to prohibit it under section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for immediate prevention as speedy remedy is desirable, NOW, THEREFORE, I, Akbar Pathan, Dy. Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihan Mumbai and Executive Magistrate specially empowered under section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in exercise of the said powers do hereby order that no person shall take photographs or videos of idols floating or half-submerged after the immersion is over and shall not publish same or circulate it.

This order shall remain effective throughout Brihan Mumbai from 12/10/2024 to 14/10/2024.

Notwithstanding the expiration of this order after the period hereinabove mentioned.

(a) any investigation or legal proceedings may be instituted, continued enforced;

(b) any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any contravention of this order may be imposed, as if this order had not expired.

(d) The exhibition of persons or corpses or figures of effigies thereof.

(e) The public utterance of cries, singing of song, playing of music.

(f) Delivery of harangues, the use of gestures or mimetic, representations and the preparations, exhibition or dissemination of pictures, symbols, play cards or any other object or thing which may in the opinion of any police officer posted in Mumbai Railway Commissionerate offend against decency or morality or undermine the security of or tend to over-throw the state.

2. If any persons goes armed with such article or carrying any corrosive substance or explosive or missile in contravention of such prohibition he shall be liable to be disarmed of the corrosive substance or explosive or missile shall be liable to seized from him by any police officer and the article corrosive substance, explosive or missile so seized shall be forfeited to the State Government. 3. This order will not be applicable to any person being in service or employment of any Government or Government undertaking required by his superiors or by the nature of his duties, to carry weapons. The order will also not be applicable to Private Security Guards or Gurkhas or Chowkidars etc, employed on watch-n-ward duties carrying lathis admeasuring in length not exceeding 3¹ट/² feet.

No. CP/XI (6)/(19)/A.P./37(3)/10(2)/2024.— Whereas, based on the information received from various sources, it is apprehended that there is likelihood of breach of peace and disturbance of public tranquility and also there is grave danger to human lives and loss of properties. On that account, it is considered expedient to issue prohibitory order for restricting movement and unlawful assembly of five or more persons for prevention of breach of peace, disturbance to public tranquility and danger to human lives and loss of properties and to prevent any kind of riot or affray in the areas under the control of Commissioner of Police, Brihanmumbai.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Akbar Pathan, Dy. Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihanmumbai in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (३) of section 37 read with sub-section (२) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 (Mah. Act XXII of 1951), do hereby prohibit, for the period commencing from 00.01 hours on 21/10/2024 and ending at 24.00 hours on 04/11/2024 throughout the City of Brihanmumbai,

(i) Any assembly of five or more persons, (ii) Any procession of any persons and (iii) Any use of loudspeakers, amplifying instruments, musical band and bursting of crackers in any procession by the assembly.

The prohibition contained in the order is exempted for :

(a) Marriage ceremony and matrimonial functions etc. (b) Funeral assemblies and procession on way to crematoriums/burial places. (c) Statutory meeting of companies, clubs, co-operative societies, other societies and associations. (d) Social gathering and meeting of clubs, co-operative societies, other societies and associations to transact their normal business.

(e) Assemblies in or around Cinema houses, theatres or any place of public amusement for the purpose of watching films, dramas or performances as the case may be.

(f) Assemblies in or around courts of law and offices of the Government and local bodies in discharge of Governmental or Semi-Governmental functions.

(g) Assemblies in or around schools, colleges and other educational institutions for academic activities.

(h) Assemblies in factories, shops, and establishments for normal trade, business and callings. (i) Such other assemblies and the processions as may be permitted by Zonal Deputy Commissioners of Police, Brihanmumbai and their supervisory officers.

Not withstanding the expiration of this order after the period here in above mentioned.

(a) Any investigation or legal proceeding may be instituted, continued or enforced.

(b) Any penalty, forfeiture of punishments incurred in respect of any contravention of this Order may be imposed as if this order had not expired.

WHEREAS, it has become necessary that certain restrictions should be put on the activities of such elements across the Brihanmumbai Police Commissionerate to prevent probable sabotages through such drones, remote controlled micro-light aircrafts, para-gliders, for which some preventive and proactive measures needed be taken to prevent the same;

Therefore, I, Akbar Pathan, Dy. Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihanmumbai and Executive Magistrate, vide powers conferred upon me under section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, do hereby order that no flying activities of drone, remote controlled micro-light aircrafts, para-gliders, Para Motors, Hand gliders, Hot air balloons, etc. shall be allowed in the jurisdiction of Brihanmumbai Police Commissionerate for the period of next 30 Days, i.e. from 31/10/2024 to 29/11/2024 except for aerial surveillance by Mumbai Police or by specific permission in writing by Dy. Commissioner of Police ( Operations), Brihanmumbai.

This order shall remain in force with effect 00.01 hrs. of 31/10/2024 till 24.00 hrs. of 29/11/2024 unless withdrawn earlier.

No. CP/XI (6)/(20)/A.P./37(3)/10(2)/2024.— WHEREAS, based on the information received from various sources, it is apprehended that there is likelihood of breach of peace and disturbance of public tranquility and also there is grave danger to human lives and loss of properties. On that account, it is considered expedient to issue prohibitory order for restricting movement and unlawful assembly of five or more persons for prevention of breach of peace, disturbance to public tranquility and danger to human lives and loss of properties and to prevent any kind of riot or affray in the areas under the control of Commissioner of Police, Brihanmumbai.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Akbar Pathan, Dy. Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihanmumbai in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (३) of section 37 read with sub-section (२) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 (Mah. Act XXII of 1951), do hereby prohibit, for the period commencing from 00.01hours on 06/11/2024 and ending at 24.00 hours on 20/11/2024 throughout the City of Brihanmumbai,

(i) Any assembly of five or more persons, (ii) Any procession of any persons and (iii) Any use of loudspeakers, amplifying instruments, musical band and bursting of crackers in any procession by the assembly.

The prohibition contained in the order is exempted for :

(a) Marriage ceremony and matrimonial functions etc. (b) Funeral assemblies and procession on way to crematoriums/burial places. (c) Statutory meeting of companies, clubs, co-operative societies, other societies and associations. ALTERNATIVE ROUTES

1. Vehicles coming from Kama Industrial Estate Road towards Nerlan Junction will take a U-turn at Nerlan Junction and proceed to Ashok Nagar Gap - Aarey Bridge subway via Service Road and again take a U-turn to West Express Highway, South Bound, Slip Road to Jai Coach Junction and proceed to the desired destination.

2. Vehicles coming from Mrinaltai Gore flyover to Mrinaltai Gore Junction will be routed to their destination via Western Expressway South Channel via Slip Road from Jai Coach Junction, Issued under my seal and signature on the 28th day of October, 2024.

Commissioner of Police (Operations), Brihanmumbai in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under sub-section (१) and (2) of section 37 read with sub-section (६) of section 2 and subsection (2) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Police Act (Mah. XXII of 1951) do hereby prohibit the following Act throughout Brihanmumbai for the period from 00.01 hours of 16/11/2024 to 24.00 hours on 15/12/2024, 1. (a) The Carrying of arms, cudgels, swords, spears, bludgeons, unlicensed guns, knives, sticks or lathis or any other article which is capable of being used for causing physical harm (violence), save for such firearms where license has been granted by this authority or where specific permission is sought for carriage of such arms from the competent authority:—

(b) The carrying of any corrosive substance or explosives.

(c) The carrying, collection and preparation of stones or other missiles or instruments or means of casting or impelling missiles,

(d) The exhibition of persons or corpses or figures or effigies thereof,

(e) The public utterance of cries, singing of songs, playing of music,

(f) Delivery of harangues, the use of gestures or mimetic representations, and the preparation, exhibition or dissemination of pictures, symbols, placards or any other object or thing which may in the opinion of any police officer posted in Brihan Mumbai City, offend against decency or morality or undermine the security of or tend to overthrow the state.

2. If any person goes armed with any such article or carries any corrosive substance or explosive or missile in contravention of such prohibition, he/she shall be liable to be disarmed or the corrosive substance or explosive or missile shall be liable to be seized from him/her by any police officer, and the article, corrosive substance, explosive or missile so seized shall be forfeited to the State Government.

3. This order will not be applicable to any person being in service or employment of any Government or Government Undertaking required by his superiors or by the nature of his duties, to carry weapons. The order will also not be applicable to Private Security Guards or Gurkhas or Chowkidars etc., employed on watch-n-ward duties carrying lathis admeasuring in length not exceeding 3 ¹ट/² feet.

4. Notwithstanding the expiration of this order after the period hereinabove mentioned, (a) Any investigation or legal proceedings may be instituted, continued or enforced.

(i) Any assembly of five or more persons (ii) Any procession of any persons and (iii) Any use of loudspeakers, amplifying instruments, musical band and bursting of crackers in any procession by the assembly.

The prohibition contained in the order is exempted for :

(c) Statutory meeting of companies, clubs, co-operative societies, other societies and associations. (b) Any penalty, forfeiture of punishments incurred in respect of any contravention of this Order may be imposed as if this order had not expired.

I, further direct that this order will be published and promulgated in Brihanmumbai by affixing copies thereof, in conspicuous part of public places, Courts, Govt. Offices and by proclaiming. the same through loudspeakers or megaphones as well as publishing through media of whatever form available,
