क्रमंांका मंुद्रांांका-२०१५/१७४५/प्र.क्र.५७३/मंुद्रांांका-२.—ज्याअर्थी, मंहुाराष्ट्र मंुद्रांांका अदिदिनांयमं (१९५८ चा ६०) याच्या कालमं ९ च्या खंड (अ) द्वारे प्रदानां कारण्याता आलेल्या अदिकारांचा वापर कारूनां, मंहुसूल वा वानां दिवाभागानांे काढलेला शासकाीय आदाेशा, मंहुसूल वा वानां दिवाभाग, क्रमंांका मंुद्रांांका २०१५/१७४५/यु.ओ.आर. २४/प्र.क्र. ५७३/मंुद्रांांका-१ दिदानांांका ०१ दिडसंबर, २०१६ (याता यापुढे ज्याचा दिनांदाेशा, "उक्ता आदाेशा" असा काेला आहुे) नांुसार परवाडणाऱ्या घरांनांा प्रोत्साहुनां दाेण्यासाठी प्रानांमंत्राी आवास योजनांा-सवासाठी घरे (शाहुरी) अंतागगता पात्रा आदिर्थीगकादाृष्ट्या दाुबगल घटेंकाताील लाभार्थ्यांयासाठी (ईडब्लूएस) एका हुजार रुपयांपयता मंुद्रांांका शाुल्काता कापाता काेली आहुे आदिणा सवालताीसाठी लाभार्थ्यांयाचा आदिर्थीगकादाृष्ट्या दाुबगल घटेंका (ईडब्लूएस) दाजाग वा पात्राता प्रमंादिणाता कारण्यासाठी उपदिवाभागीय अदिकाऱ्यांनांा सक्षमं प्रादिकारी म्हुणाूनां घोदिता काेलेले आहुे;
आदिणा ज्याअर्थी, शासनांास, जनांदिहुतार्थीग तासे कारणाे आवाश्यका असल्याचाे खंात्राी पटेंल्यानांे, सक्षमं प्रादिकारणाच्या बाबताीता बदाल कारणाे इष्टें आहुे, असे वाटेंताे.
त्याअर्थी आता, मंहुाराष्ट्र मंुद्रांांका अदिदिनांयमं (१९५८ चा ६०) याच्या कालमं ९ च्या खंड (अ) द्वारे प्रदानां कारण्याता आलेल्या अदिकारांचा वापर कारूनां, मंहुाराष्ट्र शासनां, याद्वारे, शासकाीय आदाेशा मंहुसूल वा वानां दिवाभाग, क्रमंांका मंुद्रांांका २०१५/१७४५/यु.ओ.आर. २४/प्र.क्र. ५७३/मंुद्रांांका-१ दिदानांांका ०१ दिडसंबर, २०१६ यामंध्ये पुढीलप्रमंाणाे सुारणा कारीता आहुे :—
उक्ता आदाेशाता, शाताीमंील, "संबंदिता क्षेत्राचाे उपदिवाभागीय अदिकारी (एस.डी.ओ.)" या मंजकाुराऐवाजी, "संबंदिता ताहुसीलचाे ताहुसीलदार" हुा मंजकाूर दाखंल कारण्याता येईल.

No. Mudrank-2015/1745/C.R.No.573/Mudrank-2.—Whereas the Revenue and Forests Depart- ment has vide Government Order, Revenue and Forests Department, No. MUDRANK-2015/1745/ U.O.R. 24/C.R. 573/M-1, dated the 1 December 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "the said order") issued in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act (LX of 1958), reduced the stamp duty to one thousand rupees for eligible Economically Weaker Section (EWS) beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Housing for all (Urban), to promote affordable housing and declared the Sub-divisional Officer as the Competent Authority to certifies the beneficiary's EWS status and eligibility for the concession;
And whereas, being satisfied that it is necessary to do so in the public interest, the Government consider it expedient to make changes with respect to the Competent Authority.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act (LX of 1958), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby amends, the Government Order, Revenue and Forest Department No. MUDRANK-2015/1745/U.O.R. 24/C.R. 573/M-1, dated the 1st December 2016 as follows, namely :—
In the said Order, in the condition, for the words, brackets and letters "Sub-Divisional Officer (S.D.O.) of respective area" the words "Tahsildar of the respective Tahsil" shall be substituted.
