महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ (यापुढे " उक्त अधिनियम " असा उल्लेखिलेला) च्या कलम ३ चे उप कलम (१) मधील प्राप्त शक्तींचा वापर करुन महाराष्ट्र शासन या अधिसूचनेव्दारे खालील " परिशिष्ट " मध्ये नमूद केल्यानुसार निर्देशित हद्दीकरीता प्रदेशाची स्थापना करीत आहे आणि त्याचे नामांकन " गडचिरोली प्रदेश " म्हणून नियत करीत आहे.
परिशिष्ट
" गडचिरोली प्रदेश " मध्ये संपूर्ण गडचिरोली महसूल जिल्ह्यच्या क्षेत्राचा समावेश असेल.
टिप-
(१) गडचिरोली प्रदेशाच्या हद्दी दर्शविणाया नकाशाची प्रत खालील कार्यालयांमध्ये व प्रादेशिक मंडळाची नियुक्ती झाल्यावर त्या मंडळाच्या कार्यालयात कामकाजाच्या दिवशी अवलोकनार्थ उपलब्ध असतील.

No. TPS-2726-5-C.R.44-2026-Gadchiroli Region-UD-9.—
Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966), the Government of Maharashtra hereby establishes a region with the specific boundaries as mentioned in the " Appendix " below and designates it as " Gadchiroli Region";
APPENDIX
The Gadchiroli Region shall consist of the area of the entire Gadchiroli Revenue District. Note:-
(1) A copy of the Plan showing the boundaries of the Gadchiroli Region will be available for inspec- tion on working days in the following offices and in the office of the Gadchiroli Regional Planning Board after its appointment.-
(a) The Collector, Gadchiroli.
(b) The Chief Executive Officer, Gadchiroli Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli.
(c) The Assistant Director of Town Planning, Gadchiroli Branch, Gadchiroli.
(2) This Notification is available on the Government website www.maharashtra.gov.in (Acts/Rules).

(यापुढे " उक्त जमीन " असे संबोधिले आहे). " आ. क्र. एमएनडब्लू ९६-ना.सु.प्र. " करीता (यापुढे " उक्त आरक्षण " असे संबोधिले आहे); आरक्षित असून उक्त आरक्षणाचे समुचित प्राधिकरण म्हणून नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यास, नागपूर आहे (यापुढे " उक्त समुचित प्राधिकरण " असे संबोधिले आहे);
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त समूचित प्राधिकरणाने, उक्त जमीन उक्त विकास योजना अंमलात आल्याच्या दिनांकापासून १० (दहा) वषार्ंच्या कालावधीतमध्ये संपादन केलेली नाही;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त जमीनीपैकी, सोबतच्या परिशिष्टामध्ये वर्णन केलेल्या उक्त जमिनीच्या मालकानी, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम १२७ चे उप- कलम (१) नुसार, उक्त समुचित प्राधिकरण यांचेवर दिनांक १ सप्टेंबर, २०१७ रोजी सूचना (यापुढे " उक्त सूचना " असे संबोधिले आहे) बजावलेली आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, वरिल प्रमाणे उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम १२७ चे उप-कलम (१) नुसार, उक्त सूचना बजावल्यानंतरही, उक्त समुचित प्राधिकरणाने विहित कालावधीत उक्त जमीन संपादन केली नाही ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त सूचना बजावल्यापासून, उक्त समुचित प्राधिकरणाने विहित कालावधीत उक्त जमीन संपादन केली नाही अथवा उक्त जमीन संपादन करण्यासंबंधीची उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम १२६ (४) सह भूसंपादन, पुनर्वसन व पुनर्वसाहत करताना उचित भरपाई मिळण्याचा आणि पारदर्शकतेचा हक्क अधिनियम, २०१३ चे कलम १९ अन्वयेची भूसंपादनाची अधिसूचना विहित कालावधीत प्रसिध्द केलेली नसल्यामुळे या परिस्थितीत उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम १२७ (१) मधील तरतुदीनुसार, उक्त जमिनीवरील उक्त आरक्षण व्यपगत झाले असल्याचे शासनाचे मत झाले आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, मा. उच्च न्यायालयाने, उक्त जमिनीबाबत दाखल केलेल्या रिट याचिका क्र. ४७०४/२०२५ मध्ये दिनांक ३० मार्च, २०२६ रोजीच्या आदेशान्वये उक्त विकास योजनेतील उक्त आरक्षण, उक्त जमिनीपुरते, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम १२७ मधील तरतुदीनुसार व्यपगत झाल्याचे आदेश पारित केले आहेत;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम १२७ चे उप-कलम (२) नुसार, उक्त विकास योजनेतील उक्त आरक्षण, उक्त जमिनीपुरते व्यपगत झाल्याबाबत आदेश निर्गमित करणे आवश्यक झाले आहे;
त्याअर्थी, आता, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम १२७ चे उप-कलम (२) नुसार प्राप्त अधिकारात, राज्य शासन, नागपूर शहराच्या विकास योजनेमधील उक्त आरक्षण, उक्त जमिनीपुरते व्यपगत झाल्याचे आदेशित करीत आहे व अशा प्रकारे मुक्त झालेली जमीन, संबंधित जमीनमालकास उक्त विकास योजनेतील लगतच्या अनुज्ञेय भूवापराप्रमाणे अन्यथा अनुज्ञेय असलेल्या विकासाकरीता उपलब्ध होईल;

THE MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.
ORDER
No. TPS-2426-681-C.R.109-2026-UD-9.—
Whereas, Revised Development Plan of Nagpur City has been partly sanctioned by the Government vide Urban Development Development Department's Notification No. TPS-2496-2643-CR-300(A)-97-UD- 9, dated 7th January, 2000 and finally sanctioned vide Notification No. TPS-2400-1628-CR-200-2000-UD- 9, dated 10th September, 2001 & has come into force with effect from 01st March, 2000 & 21th September, 2001 respectively (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan") under section 31 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966(Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act");
And whereas, in the said Development Plan, the land admeasuring about 4550 Sq.Mt., bearing Khasara No. 198/2 of Mouja Zingabai Takli (hereinafter referred to as "the said Land") is reserved as "Site No. MNW 96- NIT" (hereinafter referred to as "the said Reservation") and the Appropriate Authority for the said Reservatiion, is Nagpur Improvement Trust (hereinafter referred to as "the said Appropriate Authority");
And whereas, the said Land has not been acquired by the said Appropriate Authority within ten years from the date on which the said Development Plan came into force;
And whereas, the owner of the said Land, more particularly described in Schedule appended hereto, out of the said Land, had issued a notice dated the 1st September, 2017 under section 127 (1) of the said Act (hereinafter referred to as "the said Notice") to the said Appripriate Authority;
And whereas, even after service of the said Notice as aforesaid, the said Land has not been acquired within a stipulated period from the date of the service of the said Notice under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the said Act, by the said authority;
And whereas, it is observed that, the said Land had neither been acquired, within prescribed time period from the date of service of Notices, nor Notification of land acquisition required under section 126 (4) of the said Act, read with section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation of Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, been published within prescribed time period by the said Appropriate Authority and in consequence thereof, the Government of Maharashtra is of opinion that, the said Reservation on the said Land, stands Iapsed as per the provisions of section 127 (1) of the said Act;
And whereas, the owners of the said Land, have filed Writ Petition No. 4704/2025 before the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench, and the final order is passed on 30th March, 2026 by the Hon'ble High Court;
And whereas, now it becomes expedient to notify by an order section 127 (2) of the said Act that, the said Reservation on the said Land, in the said Development Plan have been lapsed.;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (2) of section 127 of the said Act and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby notifies that, the said Reservation on the said Land stands Iapsed and the land so released shall be available to the Iandowner for the purpose of development as otherwise permissible in the case of adjacent land under the said Development Plan;

(१) १ नगर परिषद कन्हान-पिपरी च्या भागश:मंजूर विकास आराखडया नगर परिषद कन्हान-पिपरी च्या भागश:मंजूर विकास आराखडया मधील आरक्षण क्र. ३० नुसार मौजा कन्हान-सिहोरा येथील सव्र्हे मधील आरक्षण क्र. ३० नुसार मौजा कन्हान-सिहोरा येथील सव्र्हे क्र. १०२, सव्र्हे क्र. १०३ आणि सव्र्हे क्र. १०४ मधील ३.१२ हे. क्र. १०२, सव्र्हे क्र. १०३ आणि सव्र्हे क्र. १०४ मधील ३.१२ हे. आर. आर. आरक्षणाचे प्रकार स्टेडियम करिता तसेच आरक्षण क्र. ३१ आरक्षणाचे प्रकार स्टेडियम करिता तसेच आरक्षण क्र. ३१ नुसार मौजा नुसार मौजा कन्हान-सिहोरा येथील सव्र्हे क्र. १०२ मधील ०.४१ कन्हान-सिहोरा येथील सव्र्हे क्र. १०२ मधील ०.४१ हे.आर. आरक्षणाचे हे. आर. आरक्षणाचे प्रकार प्रायमरी स्कूल करिता आरक्षित प्रकार प्रायमरी स्कूल करिता आरक्षण रद्द करुन न.प. कन्हान-पिपरी करण्यात आलेली आहे.
च्या भागश:मंजूर विकास आराखडयामध्ये सदरहू जागा कृषी झोन मध्ये वापरण्याकरिता प्रस्तावित.
उपरोक्त फेरबदल दर्शविणारा नकाशा नगर परिषदेच्या कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन वेळेत जनतेच्या अवलोकनार्थ खुला ठेवलेला आहे.
महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम ३७ (१) अन्वये जाहीर करण्यात येत की, उपरोक्त फेरबदलासंबंधी कोणासही काही हरकती व सूचना असल्यास ही अधिसूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात/वर्तमान पत्रात प्रसिध्द झाल्यापासून ३० दिवसांचे आत नगर परिषद कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन वेळेत सादर कराव्यात.
उक्त फेरबदलाबाबतचा प्रस्ताव संचालक, नगर रचना, पुणे तथा महाराष्ट्र शासन, नगर विकास विभाग, मुंबई यांना मंजुरीस्तव सादर करण्यापूर्वी नागरिकांकडून आलेल्या सूचना व हरकतीचा नगर परिषदतर्फे विचार करण्यात येईल, याची नोंद घ्यावी.

REGARDING MODIFICATION UNDER SECTION 37 (1) READ OF MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.
PUBLIC NOTICE
No. MCKP-CO-TPD-1876-2026.—
The Development Plan of Kanhan-Pipri Town has been sanctioned under the Government Notifica- tion of the Urban Development Department bearing No. TPS-2420-721-Pr-Kr.64-2021-Part Sanction- Navi-09, dated 24th November , 2022, under Section 23(1) read with Section 38 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, and has come into force with effect from 24th December, 2022.
Further, as per Resolution No. 16 passed in the General Body Meeting of the Municipal Council, Kanhan-Pipri held on 2th July, 2026, it has been resolved to carry out the following modification in the sanctioned Development Plan under Section 37 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

1 As per Reservation No. 30 of the Partly Sanctioned It is proposed to Cancel the reservation for Development Plan of Municipal Council Kanhan- the Stadium over Survey Nos. 102,103 and Pipri, an area admeasuring 3.12 H.R. in Survey 104 admeasuring 3.12 H.R. and the reser- Nos. 102, 103 and 104 of Mouza Kanhan-Sihora vation for the Primary School over Survey is reserved for Stadium. Further, under Reservation No. 102 admeasuring 0.41 H.R. under Reser- No. 31, an area admeasuring 0.41 H.R. in Survey vation No. 31 the remaining land is No. 102 of Mouza Kanhan-Sihora is reserved for a proposed to be designated as Agricultural Primary School.
Zone in the Partly Sanctioned Development Plan of Municipal Council Kanhan-Pipri.
The map indicating the above proposed modification is available for inspection by the general pub- lic during office hours at the Office of the Municipal Council, Kanhan-Pipri.
Notice is hereby given under Section 37 (1) read of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, that any person having objections or suggestions regarding the above proposed modefication may submit the same in writing to the Office of the Municipal Council, Kanhan-Pipri during office hours within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette/Newspapers.
It is further informed that before submitting the proposal relating to the above modification to the Director of Town Planning, Pune, and the Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai, for approval, the Municipal Council shall duly consider all objections and suggestions received from the citizens.
