क्रमाका यादिचाका-२०२६/प्र.क्र.२०/ई-१५५५१७२/प.रा.२.— महाराष्ट्र ग्रामपचायात अदिधदिनयाम (सन १९५९ चा अदिधदिनयाम क्र. ३) याच्या कालम १८२ च्या पोर्ट-कालम (१) अन्वयाे तसेचा उक्त अदिधदिनयामाच्या कालम १५१ च्या पोर्ट-कालम (१) मधील खंड (अ) च्या परतंकान्वयाे प्रान कारण्यात आलेल्या अदिधकाराचा आदि त्यास सक्षम काराऱ्या इतर सवझ अदिधकाराचा वापर कारून, तसेचा या बाबतीत यापूवी दिनगझदिमत कारण्यात आलेल्या सवझ अदिधसूचाना व आेश अदिधक्रदिमत कारून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे उक्त अदिधदिनयामाच्या कालम १५१ च्या पोर्ट-कालम (१) मधील खंड (अ) च्या परतंकान्वयाे ग्रामपचायातीवर प्रशासका दिनयांक्त कारण्यासाठी शासनास प्रान कारण्यात आलेले अदिधकार, सबदिधत दिल्हा परिरषेच्या मंख्या कायाझकारी अदिधकाऱ्यास त्याच्या अदिधकारक्षेत्रासाठी प्रत्यायाोदित कारीत आहाे आदि पंढीलप्रमाे दिनेश ेत आहाे काी :—

दिल्हा परिरषेच्या मंख्या कायाझकारी अदिधकाऱ्याने, ज्या ग्रामपचायातीचाी मंत समाप्त र्झाली आहाे आदि प्रशासकाीया अडचांमंळे सर ग्रामपचायातीचाी दिनवडूका घेता आलेली नाहाी, अशा ग्रामपचायातीवर दिवस्तार अदिधकारी (काृषी), दिवस्तार अदिधकारी (आरोग्या), दिवस्तार अदिधकारी (दिशक्ष), दिवस्तार अदिधकारी (पचायात) दिकांवा इतर काोत्याहाी शासकाीया अदिधकाऱ्याचाी प्रशासका म्हाून दिनयांक्ती कारावी. अशा प्रशासकाचाी दिनयांक्ती हाी अदिधसूचाना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रदिसद्ध र्झाल्याच्या दिनाकापासून सहा मदिहान्याच्या कालावधीसाठी दिकांवा ग्रामपचायात स्थापनेचाी दिनवडूका प्रदिक्रया पूझ हाोईपयांत, यापैकाी े अगोर घेडेल तोपयांत राहाील.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Village Panchayats act.

No.Yachika-2026/C.R.20/E-1555172/P.R.2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 182 read with the proviso to clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 151 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf and in supersession of all earlier notifications and orders issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby delegates, power conferred upon it under the proviso to clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 151 of the said Act to appoint administrator on the Village Panchayat, to the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad within his jurisdiction, and directs as follows, namely :—

The Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad shall appoint Extension Officer (Agriculture), Extension Officer (Health), Extension Officer (Education), Extension Officer (Panchayat) or any other Government officer, as an Administrator of the Village Panchayat who's term has expired and the elections of the said Village Panchayat could not be held due to administrative difficulties, for a period of six months from the date of publication of this notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette or till the completion of the election process for constitution of the Village Panchayat, whichever is earlier, by superseding earlier orders issued in this behalf.
