उरोक्ती न्यादियक अंदिधीकाऱ्यास मंहीाराष्ट्र औद्योदिगक संबंधी अंदिधीदिनांयमं, १९४६, औद्योदिगक दिर्वोर्वोा अंदिधीदिनांयमं, १९४७ र्वो मंहीाराष्ट्र कामंगार संघटेंनांांनांा मंान्यतीा ेर्णे र्वो अंनांदिचती प्रथा प्रकार प्रदितीबंधी अंदिधीदिनांयमं, १९७१ अंतीगणती प्रकरर्णे हीातीाळण्यासाठी याद्वारे प्रादिधीकृती करण्याती येती आहीे.

No. ICE-0826/492/C.R.96/Lab-6.— In pursuance of the interim order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No.1022 of 1989, and in accordance with the instructions issued under the Government Resolution of the Law and Judiciary Department, dated 5th August 2026, and in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 5 of the Maharashtra Judicial Officers of the Labour Courts and Industrial Courts (Recruitment, Appointment and Disciplinary Action) Rules, 2014, and with reference to the letter of Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai No. A-1226/ 83/1399/2026, dated 27th August 2026, Shri Hidayat Ali Ayyub Ali, the then Member, Industrial Court, Amravati is hereby reinstated to the post of Member, Industrial Court, Amravati.

The above Judicial Officer are hereby authorised to deal with the cases under Maharashtra Industrial Relation Act, 1946, Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 and MRTU and PULP Act, 1971.
