No. 1222-CAB-3/2018/PAD.— In pursuance of Rule-5 of the Odisha Government Rules of Business framed and in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India and in partial modification of this Department Notification No.2245–CAB-06/2017/PAD., dated the 7th May, 2017 & No. 6550–CAB- 26/2017/PAD., dated the 22nd December, 2017, Hon'ble Governor of Odisha is pleased to allocate, on the advice of the Chief Minister, business of the Departments of Government with immediate effect as follows :
