No. 173/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(b) read with clause(e) of sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Odisha Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Odisha Act 4 of 2005), the State Government do hereby appoint Shri Rabindra Kumar Pattnaik, OFS (Special Secretary Grade), as Accounts Member of the Odisha Sales Tax Tribunal, Cuttack.
