NOTIFICATION
The 11th June, 2018
S.R.O. No. 203/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (5) of Section 4 of the Odisha Municipal Act, 1950 (Odisha Act 23 of 1950), the State Government do hereby declare their intention to include within the limits to Nayagarh Notified Area the following Local areas specified below which are contiguous to the said Notified Area.

Any inhabitants of the said local area or any rent payer objects anything contained in the Notification may submit his/her objections/suggestions in writing to the State Government in H &UD Department through the District Magistrate, Nayagarh within thirty days from the date of publication of this Notification in the Odisha Gazette. The objections/suggestions submitted within the above period shall be taken into consideration by the State Government.
