No.30077–HOME-HC-CRTN2-0031/2015/HS.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act-II of 1974), the State Government, after consultation with the High Court of Orissa, do hereby establish a Court of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class at Muribahal in the District of Bolangir with the headquarters at Muribahal with effect from the date the said Court functions.
