No.11771–PT5-WCD-CW-MISC-0019/2015/WCD&MS.— Consequent upon the constitution of the Child Welfare Committee in respect of Nayagarh District and in pursuance of the provisions contained under section 27 of the Juvenile Justice [Care and Protection of Children] Act, 2015 read with rule 15 of the Juvenile Justice [Care and Protection of Children] Model Rules, 2016, Sri Amiya Bhusan Biswal, Member of the Child Welfare Committee, Cuttack is hereby kept in additional charge of Member of the Child Welfare Committee, Nayagarh as detailed below till the appointment of new member of Child Welfare Committee, Nayagarh or till validity of the existing Committee whichever is earlier.
