NOTIFICATION
The 21st July, 2018
S.R.O. No.295/2018— Government after careful consideration have been pleased to rescind "Special Regulation for installation of Telecom Towers in Urban areas of Odisha, 2013" issued by Housing & Urban Development Department vide Notification No.35742/HUD., dated the 17th December, 2013 and the Resolution on "Odisha Mobile Towers, OFC (Optical Fibre Cable) and related Telecom Infrastructure Policy, 2017" Notified by Electronics & Information Technology Department vide Notification No.2871/EIT., dated the 14th September, 2017 be implemented in all Urban Local Bodies of the State with immediate effect.
This Notification supersedes all the previous Notifications issued by this Department in this regard.
