NOTIFICATION

No.5535–RT-09/2018/T.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Road Transport Corporation, 1950 (64 of 1950) read with rule-3 of the Odisha State Road Transport Corporation Rules, 1967 as amended in Commerce & Transport (Transport) Department Notification No.5663-RT-4/2014/T., dated the 24th September, 2014, the State Government do hereby appoint the Board for the Odisha State Road Transport Corporation established in the notification in the Government of Odisha in the erstwhile Works and Transport Department No.5993-RT-VI-Corp-03/1974/T, dated the 23rd April, 1974, for a period of three years with effect from the date of publication of the notification in the Odisha Gazette, namely:—
1. Chairman-cum-Managing Director, OSRTC - Chairman 2. Representative of Finance Department - Director 3. Representative of Public Enterprises Department - Director 4. Representative of C & T (Transport) Department - Director (Shri M K Mishra, IRTS, CRC & Spl. Secretary)
5. Representative of Govt. of India - Director 6. Representative of Govt. of India - Director (Out of above two Govt. of India nominees, one
would be the representative of Association of State
Road Transport Undertakings, New Delhi & other from
Central Institute of Road Transport, Pune)
