NOTIFICATION

No.14504–WCD-CW-SCHM-0040-2015/WCD&MS.–— In pursuance of sub- sections (1) and (2) of Section 4 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, read with rule 3 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016 and as recommended by the Hon'ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack, the Juvenile Justice Board, Khurda is hereby reconstituted with the Registrar, Civil Courts, Khurda as the Principal Magistrate of the Juvenile Justice Board, Khurda in place of the Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum-JMFC, Khurda in partial modification of this Department Notification No. 10757, Dated the 27th June, 2018 (vide Sl. No. 19) and in supersession of this Department Notification No.8621, dated the 22nd May, 2018.
2. All other terms and conditions shall remain unaltered.
