NOTIFICATION
The 24th August, 2018
S.R.O. No.362/2018— Whereas the State Government have declared their intention to include within the Nayagarh Notified Area the local areas specified bellow which are contiguous to the said Notified Area limit and invited objections/ suggestions from the inhabitants of the said Local areas and the rent payers of the said Notified Area in the Housing & Urban Development Department Notification No. 14708, dated the 11th June, 2018;
And, whereas, one objection/suggestion received in respect of the said proposal within the period specified above are duly considered by the State Government;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (5) of Section 4 of the Odisha Municipal Act, 1950 (Odisha Act, 23 of 1950), the State Government do hereby include the following villages which are contiguous to the said Notified Area specified in column (2) of the schedule below within the Nayagarh Notified Area:—

2 On inclusion of the above areas the boundaries of Nayagarh Notified Area are as given below:North:- Part of Laxmiprasad and Barapali Sasan.
South:- Part of Lenkudipada, Dhabalei, Nabaghanapur & Hariharpur.
West:- Part of Tulasipur, Kalahandi, Muktapur & Lekhanpur.
East:- Part of Sinduria & Jamusahi.
