No. 18611–SME-FE-OES-0142/2016/SME.–— Shri Biswajit Ghose, OES-II (SB), Principal, Radhanath, ETEI, Cuttack is hereby promoted to the rank of OES-I(SB) on the Scale of Pay of Rs. 15,600-39,100/- with Grade Pay- Rs. 6,600/- in PB-3 temporarily in ad hoc basis for a period of one year or receipt of concurrence of OPSC whichever is earlier in view of the orders of the Hon'ble OAT retrospectively w.e.f. the date his junior Smt. Sipra Nayak was promoted to the rank of OES-I (SB) and actual financial benefit w.e.f. the date he actually joined in the post .
On promotion, Shri Ghose is posted as Deputy Director in the Office of the Directorate of Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
