NOTIFICATION
The 2nd November, 2018
S.R.O.No.447/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause(6) of clause-9 of Section 2 of the Indian Stamp Act,1899 (2 of 1899) and in partial modification of the Revenue & Disaster Management Department Notification No.21063/RDM., dated the 1st June, 2007 and No.43983/R&DM., dated the 17th October, 2008, the State Government do hereby authorize the Sub-Collector, Puri and Additional Sub-Collector, Puri for determination of market value of under valuation cases of Puri sub-division under section 47A of the Indian Stamp Act. The Additional Sub-Collector, Puri will exercise this power in addition to his own duties with immediate effect until further order.
2. The Notification No.21063/RDM., dated the 1st June, 2007 and No.43983/R&DM., dated the 17th October, 2008 stands modified to the above extent and all other terms and conditions mentioned in the said Notification stand un-altered.
