NOTIFICATION

No.21494–AP-I-247/2018/A&FE.— In continuation the Odisha Gazette Notification No. 2154, dated the 19th November, 2018 and Notification No. 20347-AP- 1-247/2018, dated the 5th November, 2018 the terms of reference of the Inter- Ministerial Committee to examine issues related to Farmers' Welfare are:—
1. To look into the issues regarding the policies and programmes directed towards the growth and development of farmers' in general.
2. To examine the existing schemes/provisions for the welfare of the farmers of the State.
3. To suggest measures for long-term welfare of the farmers.
4. To consult a wide spectrum of stakeholders and experts as considered necessary.
The Principal Secretary, Department of Agriculture & Farmers' Empowerment will be the member convenor of the committee.
