NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. No.456/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (7) of Section 4 read with Section 3 of the Orissa Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1956 (Orissa Act 3 of 1957), the State Government do hereby declare their intention of regulating the purchase and sale of the Agricultural produces specified in the schedule below in the market area of Bahadajhola Regulated Market Committee in the District of Nayagarh declared as such in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the defunct Agriculture & Co-operation (Co-operation) Department Notification No. 14614/A&C(C)., dated the 16th October, 1973.
Any objection or suggestions in respect of the above intention which may be received by the State Government within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notification in the Odisha Gazette shall be duly considered.
