NOTIFICATION
The 17th January, 2019
S.R.O. No.19/2019— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 75 read with Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, (No.2 of 1899), the State Government do hereby make the following rules further to amend the Odisha Stamp Rules,1952, namely: —
1. Short title and commencement:— (1) These rules may be called the Odisha Stamp (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Odisha Gazette.
2. In the Odisha Stamp Rules, 1952, in rule 37, in clause (a), after item (x), the following item shall be added, namely: —
"(xi) and Officer, General Administration and Public
Grievance Department shall be a member in respect of
District Valuation Committee of Khordha;
Member."
