No.5105–WCD-CW-MISC-0019/2015/WCD&MS.— In partial modification of this Department Notification No.2570, dated the 17th February, 2018 relating to constitution of Child Welfare Committees for Sundargarh District and in pursuance of the provisions contained under section 27 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 [hereinafter referred to as "the Act"] read with rule 15 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016, the Child Welfare Committees for Sundargarh District is hereby re-constituted for exercising the powers and to discharge the duties conferred on such Committees in relation to children in need of care and protection as prescribed under the Act and the Rules framed thereunder.

All other terms and conditions laid down in this Department Notification No.2570, dated the 17th February, 2018 remain unaltered.
