NOTIFICATION
The 12th April, 2019
No.6077–WCD-CW-MISC-0019/2015/WCD&MS.— In accordance with the provisions contained under section 27 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 read with rule 15 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016, the Child Welfare Committee for Nawarangpur District is hereby reconstituted w.e.f. 12th March, 2019 and for Gajapati District is hereby reconstituted w.e.f. 4th April, 2019 for a period of three months or till constitution of the new Child Welfare Committee whichever is earlier.

Ramesh Chandra Rath, Member, Koraput [vide this Dept. Notification No. 11763, dated the 11.07.2018] is hereby kept in additional charge as the member of the Child Welfare Committee, Nawarangpur until the constitution of new Child Welfare Committee or till validity of the existing Committee whichever, is earlier.
2.
