NOTIFICATION
The 16th April, 2019
S.R.O. No. 141/2019— In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of Odisha Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary to do so in the public interest, do hereby make the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 25994-FIN-CT1- TAX-0064/2017, dated the 5th September, 2017, published in the Extraordinary issue No. 1444 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 5th September, 2017 bearing S.R.O. No. 382/2017, namely:—
In the said notification, for the entries against serial number 1 and serial number 2, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—
"1. Shri Bishnupada Sethi, Commissioner of State Tax, Odisha and
2. Shri S.G. Dewalwar, Commissioner, Bhubaneswar, CGST
Commissionerate"
