S.R.O. No. 169/2019— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and sub- section (1) of Section 9 read with Section l0 of the Odisha Civil Courts Act, 1984 (Odisha Act 18 of 1984) and in partial modification of Law Department Notification No.4015/IJ- 40/2018/L., dated the 18th April, 2018, published in the Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette No.637, vide S.R.O. No.151/2018, dated the 20th April, 2018, the State Government, in consultation with the High Court of Orissa, do hereby alter the local limits of jurisdiction of the Court of Additional District Judge, Jajpur Road (Vyasanagar) in the Judgeship of Jajpur and fix the same co-extensive with the local limits of jurisdiction of Revenue Tahasils of Vyasanagar, Danagadi and Sukinda and all the Police Stations coming under these three Tahasils.
