No.21250-FIN-OFS2-CADRE-0024/2018/F.―Shri Gokul Chandra Panda, O.F.S. (Superior Administrative Grade), Additional Secretary to Government, S.T. & S.C. Development, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department is hereby promoted to O.F.S. (Special Secretary Grade) in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 1,35,100-2,16,800/- in the Level-17 in Pay Matrix under O.R.S.P. Rules, 2017 on ad hoc basis for a period not exceeding one year or till his retirement or till his promotion is made regular in consultation with Odisha Public Service Commission, Cuttack whichever is earlier.
On promotion to O.F.S. (Special Secretary Grade), Shri Gokul Chandra Panda is posted as F.A.-cum-Special Secretary to Government, S.T. & S.C. Development, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department.
