NOTIFICATION

No.21480-FIN-OTAS-CADRE-06/2019/F.-- In pursuance of sub-rule (a) of rule 4 read with sub-rule (1) of rule 14 of the Odisha Taxation & Accounts Services Rules, 2011 and General Administration & Public Grievance Department Letter No. 15591/Gen., dated the 4th June, 2019, the State Government do hereby appoint the following candidates who have come out successful in the Odisha Civil Services Examination, 2017 conducted by Odisha Public Service Commission, Cuttack to Odisha Taxation & Accounts Services Class-II in Pay Band-2, in the Scale of Pay of Rs.9,300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.4,600/- (Rs.44,900/- (L-10,C-1) as per O.R.S.P. Rules, 2017) . They shall be on probation for a period of two years as required under sub-rule-(1) of rule 16 of the said rules.
On being appointed to OT & AS-II, their services are hereby placed at the disposal of the Directorate of Treasuries and Inspection, Odisha, Bhubaneswar for undergoing one week training with effect from 1st July, 2019 prior to joining their place of posting as mentioned against each.

The offer of appointment is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue after which the appointment shall be deemed to be cancelled.
The appointment of the candidates is provisional subject to verification of their character and antecedents by the Appropriate Authority. In case an adverse report is received, his/her services shall be terminated forthwith in accordance with the provisions laid down in sub-clause (ii) of Clause (h) of explanation under rule-13 of the Odisha civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1992 reinforced in General Administration Department Resolution No.34438/Gen., dated the 20th November, 1999.
