NOTIFICATION
The 6th July, 2019
No.4295-IND-HI2-INV-0005/2018/I.―In order to accord approval and provide necessary facilitation for film shootings in the State, Government have been pleased to constitute a Single Window Committee as per the provisions made under Para. 6.1 of Odisha State Film Policy, 2019, consisting of following members:―
(i) Managing Director, Odisha Film Development (cid:15) Chairman Corporation
(ii) Representative of Forest & Environment (cid:15) Member Department not below the rank of Joint Secretary
(iii) Representative of Home Department not below the (cid:15) Member rank of Joint Secretary
(iv) Representative of Housing & Urban Development (cid:15) Member Department not below the rank of Joint Secretary
(v) Representative of Information and Public Relations (cid:15) Member Department not below the rank of Joint Secretary
(vi) Representative of Odia Language, Literature & (cid:15) Member Culture Department not below the rank of Joint
Secretary
(vii) Representative of Tourism Department not below (cid:15) Member the rank of Joint Secretary
(viii) Representative of concerned District not below the (cid:15) Member 2 (ix) Additional Director or above level officers from other (cid:15) Member institutions, when required (such as Archaeological
Survey of India, Airport Authority of India, Defense
establishments, etc.)
(x) Representative of any other concerned (cid:15) Member Departments, as required, not below the rank of
Joint Secretary
(xi) General Manager, Odisha Film Development (cid:15) Member Convenor Corporation Limited, Cuttack
This committee shall:
(a) Give approvals for film shooting in Odisha.
(b) Facilitate coordination with State/Union government bodies such as Airport Authority of India, Archaeological Survey of India, etc. for approvals, as required.
ORDER
That the notification be published in the Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette and copies of the notification be forwarded to all Departments of Government / all Heads of the Department.
