NOTIFICATION
The 10th July, 2019
No.3324-SDTE-HTE-HTE-II-0012-2019/SDTE―Government in Skill Development & Technical Education Department have issued Notification No. 4007, dated the 27th August, 2018 under the nomenclature "the Odisha Technical Universities (non-teaching employees) Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 2018" for implementation in B.P.U.T. and its constituent Colleges and V.S.S.U.T., Burla consequent upon implementation of the revised Scales of Pay Rules for the whole time Non-teaching employees of Technical Universities. Resolution No. 5972/SDTE., dated the 31st December, 2018 has also been issued for revision of Scale of Pay in respect of non-teaching employees of I.G.I.T., Sarang. Government in Skill Development & Technical Education Department have also decided to revise the pension / family pension and other terminal benefits to the Non-teaching employees of B.P.U.T. and its constituent colleges, V.S.S.U.T., Burla and I.G.I.T., Sarang.
The Skill Development & Technical Education Department have been pleased to approve that the Finance Department Resolution No. 26342/F., dated the 7th September, 2017, Office Memorandum No. 28300/F., dated the 23rd September, 2017, Circular No. 28046/F., dated the 22nd September, 2017 and other instructions issued by the said Department from time to time applicable to the State Government employees in respect of pension and family pension shall be followed in determining pension/ family pension and other terminal benefits in the B.P.U.T. and its constituent Colleges, V.S.S.U.T., Burla and I.G.I.T., Sarang under the Skill Development & Technical Education Department regulated by 2 The Notification is only applicable to the regular employees covered under the GPF-cum-Gratuity-cum-Pension Scheme of the University / Institute.
This Notification is issued with the concurrence of Finance Department vide this Department OSWAS file No. SDTE-HTE-HTE-II-0012-2019.
