No.20356-RDM-Reg-REGN-0059/2019/R&D.M.― Under the explanation to Section 25 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 (Central Act XXVI of 1881), the Government of Odisha have been pleased to declare that the Banks and other Banking Institutions etc. will remain closed on the Polling day i.e 20th July, 2019 (Saturday) located within 96-Patkura Assembly Constituency of Kendrapara District in order to enable their employees to exercise their franchise.
