RESOLUTION
The 26th July, 2019
In pursuance to Rule-2 (ix) of OGFR (Vol-1), the Secretary to Lokayukta, Odisha is hereby declared as the Controlling Officer for the office of the Lokayukta, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
2. The Secretary to Lokayukta, Odisha will exercise the Administrative & Financial powers of Controlling Officer under relevant rules of OGFR, Delegation of Financial Power Rules – 1978, Rules of GPF, Rules of Odisha Service Code, Orissa Treasury Code, Odisha Travelling Allowances Rules and Odisha Pension Rules, 1992 and other powers delegated to the Controlling Officers.
3. The Controlling Officer, Lokayukta, Odisha will operate the following Budget Heads of Account.
i. Demand No. 02-2062-VIGILANCE-00-103-LOKAYUKTA / UP-LOKAYUKTA- 3353-Lokayukta Office Establishment (Administrative Expenditure).
ii. Demand No. 02-2052- SECRETARIAT–GENERAL SERVICES-00-090- SECRETARIAT- 0535- General Administration Department- 01003-Salaries -560-Festival Advances (Administrative Expenditure).
2 4. This has been concurred in by Finance Department in the OSWAS file No. PT2-GAD-SC-LOK-0013-2019.

Ordered that the resolution be published in the next Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette and supply 100 copies to G.A. & P.G. Department.
