NOTIFICATION
The 30th July, 2019
S.R.O. No. 261/2019― In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 78 read with Section 79 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act 16 of 1908), the State Government do hereby direct that the following amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the erstwhile Revenue Department No. 5051, dated the 30th January, 2001, namely :―
AMENDMENT
In the said notification under the heading "Exemption under fee table", after item (116), the following item shall be added, namely:―
"(117) Document for transfer of land Ac 3.787 of Mouza Balisahi-1, Unit-11 of Puri town belonging to Shree Jagannath Mahaprabhu Bije Puri Marfat Shree Jagannath Temple Managing Committee in favour of Shree Sankaracharya Math, Puri.
