NOTIFICATION
The 20th August, 2019
sub- section (5) of Section 3 of the Odisha Development Authorities Act, 1982 (Odisha Act 14 of 1982) and the Odisha Development Authorities (Amendment) Act, 2015 and in supersession of Housing & Urban Development Department Notification No.4784, dated the 14th February, 1997 the Government have been pleased to reconstitute the Puri-Konark- Development Authority with the following members namely:―
| 1. | Chairman | 8 | as appointed by the State Government. |
| 2. | Vice Chairman | 8 | an officer of the Central or State Government to be appointed by the State Government. |
| 3. | Engineer-Member | 8 | to be appointed by the State Government. |
| 4. | Finance & Accounts Member | 8 | to be appointed by the State Government. |
| 5. | Town & Regional Planning Member | 8 | to be appointed by the State Government. |
| 6. | Environment Member | 8 | to be appointed by the State Government. |
| 7. | Members (Two in numbers) | 8 | to be nominated/appointed by the State Government. |
| 8. | Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department or his representative. | 8 Member Ex officio | |
| 9. | Chairperson of Puri Municipality | 8 Member Ex officio | |
| 10. Chairperson of Konark NAC | 8 Member Ex officio | ||
| 11. Chairperson of Nimapara NAC | 8 Member Ex officio |
