NOTIFICATION

The 12th September, 2019

No.10117‒PT-2-PC-CONV-CONV-0007/2017/P.― In pursuance of Section 9B of

the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957) read with rule 4 of the Odisha District Mineral Foundations Rules, 2015, the State Government do

hereby reconstitute the Board of Trustees of the Trust called the District Mineral Foundation for the District of Nuapada, established in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Planning & Convergence Department No.8163-PT-2-PC-CONV-CONV- 0007/2017/P., dated the 23rd June, 2017, published in the Extraordinary issue of the

Odisha Gazette No. 1128 dated the 27th June, 2017, consisting of the following members, namely:―

(i) Collector, Nuapada

: Chairperson-cum- Managing Trustee : Ex Officio, Member (ii) Project Director, District Rural Development Agency and Chief executive Officer, DMF, Nuapada.

(iii) Additional District Magistrate, Nuapada : Ex Officio, Member : Ex Officio, Member (iv) Mining Officer, Kalahandi (v) Divisional Forest Officer(Territorial), Khariar : Ex Officio, Member (vi) Executive Engineer, Rural Works, Nuapada : Ex Officio, Member : Ex Officio, Member (vii) Executive Engineer, Rural Water Supply and
