No.19914–HE-FE1B-POLICY-0013/2017/HE.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the ASBM University, Odisha Act, 2019 (Odisha Act 4 of 2019), the State Government do hereby establish a Private Unitary University in the name of ASBM University, Odisha with immediate effect having the following land schedule particulars.
