Now, therefore the State Government, in exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 52 read with sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No.30 of 2013) do hereby appoint Smt. Sabita Das as the Presiding Officer of Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Authority, Cuttack.
