NOTIFICATION
The 25th October, 2019
No.9309-SSEPD-DA4-DA-0002/2018/SSEPD —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 66 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016, the State Government hereby partially modifies the State Advisory Board on disability constituted vide this Department Notification No. 5492, dated the 20th July, 2018 and nominates the following members of the Odisha Legislative Assembly as the Ex Officio members in pursuance to sub-section (2) (d) of Section 66 of the RPwD Act with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette:—
1. Shri Ananta Narayan Jena, Hon'ble MLA
Members Ex Officio 2. Shri Ranjendra Dholkia, Hon'ble MLA
3. Shri Purna Chandra Swain, Hon'ble MLA
