No.17355-WCD-CW-SCHM-0042/2015/WCD&MS.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 [hereinafter referred to as "the Act"] read with rules 3 and 4 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016, the Additional Juvenile Justice Board is hereby constituted for the Districts of Ganjam, Khurda, Sambalpur and Sundargarh as follows:—

Juvenile Justice Boards of Ganjam, Khurda, Sambalpur and Sundargarh shall exercise the powers and functions conferred under the said Act over the territorial area of the Districts of Ganjam, Khurda, Sambalpur and Sundargarh respectively, excluding the above mentioned jurisdiction.
