By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 27th March 2024,I, Mr. Dr. N. Thirumala Naik , Address Govt. Qtr. No. 4R-4/2, Unit-III, Kharavel Nagar, Bhubaneswar have changed my Daughter's name from "Noonsavath Nishitha" to "N. Nityasri". Henceforth, She shall be known as "N. Nityasri" for all purposes.
