By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Baleswar on Dated 13th December 2023, I, Mr. Sean Mishra, Address A-0, Mahima Complex, Mahatab Road, Angargadia, Baleswar - 756001, Odisha have changed my name from "Santak Kumar Mishra" to "Sean Mishra". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Sean Mishra" for all purposes.
