By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Bhubaneswar on Dated 23rd April 2024, I, Mr. Swarnendu Ray, Address Bideipur, Kasia Marine, Bhadrak, Odisha, 756164 have changed my name from "Mithun Ray" to "Swarnendu Ray". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Swarnendu Ray" for all purposes.
